Chapter 3: Even though it's clear that I'll be punished

"Where are you sneaking off so much lately, alpha?" - Beomgyu asked Yeonjun as they were just walking around the village.

Yeonjun said nothing, so Beomgyu continued speaking.

"Cause you know, I'm getting tired of lying to your mum that you are staying at my place, he probably thinks we're fucking or something like that?"

"I think I found the one." - Yeonjun stopped walking when he said that, making Beomgyu stop as well and look at him, curious.

"Is he from another pack or something? Just don't tell me it is the Kim pack, you know too well how much the two alpha leaders hate each other..."

Yeonjun looked around if anybody was looking at them, thankfully not, so he leaned into Beomgyu's ear and whispered.

"Are you insane!!!" - Beomgyu shouted too loudly, making everybody around on the street look at them.

"S-sorry... But really are you crazy, why a wi-" - Yeonjun placed his palm over Beomgyu's mouth when he saw Taehyung approaching them.

"You two seem close, lately?" - Taehyung said happy, patting Yeonjun's head, who had let go of Beomgyu now.

"Not really mum, but we're trying." - Yeonjun fake smiled.

"I see, still I'm satisfied that you two finally get along."

Why don't you care about what I really want?

"Yep, mum..."

"Have you seen your dad around, he just walked out of the house this morning saying nothing?"

Soobin and Taehyun were fixing some spell together that was a recent order.

It was quite expensive, so they needed to focus, so Soobin didn't know why Taehyun was asking him questions right now.

After they were done and had sent it to the customer, Taehyun continued the asking bomb.

"Did you finally found somebody to fuck you or something like that, hyung?"

"No, and who said I'll be the one being fucked..."

"I found someone, but I'm not sure if he shares the same feelings?"

Soobin stood behind the counter of the bar, looking bored, he didn't have much work right now.

He was surprised when Yeonjun sat in front of him, considering what happened last time with Jake.

I guess he still wants us to meet anyways...?

"The regular, I guess..." - Yeonjun said with a pout.

"You seem down, today? Is there something wrong?" - Soobin asked as he pushed Yeonjun's drink toward him.

"Can I trust you, really?"

"Yep, Puppy."

Yeonjun blushed at the nickname.

He liked it.

"My family is kinda messed up..."

"Tell me about it."

"They have big expectations of me... I can't believe I'm finally talking to somebody about this. It's been hidden for so long..."

"What is it, Jun?"

"I'm afraid that I'll be a disappointment. I... But I don't want the life they have chosen for me..."

"Then what do you want, Jun? Have you ever seriously asked yourself this before?"
