Chapter 5: This fluttering sensation

Soobin was in his bedroom's closet, trying to find a suitable outfit for a date.

Yeonjun had said that they will just walk around the town, and will try to get to know each other...

Soobin was feeling nervous, he had no idea what he was trying to do now?

Was he trying to date somebody, a wolf, who he couldn't realistically be with?

Soobin knew that it was not meant to be between him and Yeonjun, but it didn't hurt to play around a bit. To try to escape in a dream world with a handsome wolf?

Going through his stuff, he settled on a simple sky blue shirt and blue jeans.

He assumed that the more simple he looked, the less threatening he was for a wolf, who hated witches...

Just when Soobin was thinking of calling Yeonjun, to tell him that he was ready, Huening Kai entered his room, knocking first, of course.

The seven year old smiled brightly at Soobin and went on to hug Soobin from the side.

"Binie-hyung!"

"What is it, Huenie?" - Soobin shared a smile.

"Where are you going, hyung? I thought, since it's your break day, we will play together?"

"He is going on a date, apparently?" - Announced loudly Taehyun, as he too entered Soobin's room.

"Taehyun, shut up." - Soobin muttered through gritted teeth.

"No need to hide, bro. Everybody in this house already knows." - Taehyun rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, sure."

"Of course. You know you cannot hide anything from me and mum, too."

"Has mum said anything?"

"No, but since he hasn't asked where you're going, he already knows."

"You're probably..." - Soobin, muttered.

"Hey, Kai. Go and play and stuff. Me and Soobin wanna talk about adult things." - Taehyun told Kai with a frown on his face.

"But! I wanna talk to Soobin-hyung, too!" - Huen8ng Kai shouted.

"Get lost, kid." - Taehyun was running out of patience, now.

"I hate you, Taehyun-hyung! You're always so mean to me!" - Kai ran out of Soobin's room, upset.

"Do you really need to be so mean to him?" - Soobin asked with one eyebrow raised.

"Yes, he deserves it."

"And why's that?"

"He was born."

"Well, anyways... What do you want to talk about? I'm kind of in a hurry, here?"

"In a hurry?"

"Yes."

"So, you really will go out with that wolf?"

"Yep. Why, something wrong with that?"

"Something wrong with that??? He's a wolf, Soobin. What is worse than that?"

"A vamp, probably. A wolf is fine."

"Who is he?"

"Jeon Yeonjun."

"The alpha leader's son?"

"How do you know that?"

"Are you really asking me, how I know something?"
