"Do the waves hear my cry?
Do they feel the weight of the lies
All the sailors keep till the end of their lives?
What's left in this ocean will be the light
Of what once was meant to ignite..."

A slow humming and some sweet words that indeed were keeping a big fragment of Dan Heng's past was echoing in the tent as Richard was opening his eyes.

He almost froze on spot as he noticed Dan Heng pinching his cheeks, even if his hands were tied. Apparently he has rolled a bit towards Richard because he was obsessed by his beard.

"You... Why are you singing?" Richard grabbed his wrist and Dan Heng tilted his head to then end up pushed on the ground with him on top "Trying to charm me? We're still tied" he warned him and the merman had a puzzled stare.

"I like singing" Dan Heng replied with a smile and his long black hair strawn on the ground. Richard looked at him and sighed heavily "Helps. Memory of words to speak with you!" he tried to explain.

"It sounded like a cursed song" Richard muttered "How many songs do you know?"

Dan Heng did giggle a little. He looked like he didn't mind having that man on top of him. Richard really looked confused "Who knows!"

"Are you even feeling like joking?" he asked annoyed and Dan Heng did shrug, making him even more mad "No use" he told himself to then let his own hand slip on Dan Heng's cheek, getting surprised for how soft and perfect it did look and felt.

Dan Heng smiled a little embarassed "No hair here" he pointed it out and Richard laughed a little

"Indeed, you have no beard" he smiled a little, caressing a little

"You're awake, great"

Richard almost fell from Dan Heng as he heard Blade's voice. The second captain stand up and Dan Heng flinched a little as he felt pulled by the rope, and tried to stand up.

He almost laid on Richard, but he was managing to at least stand in front of the captain who was wearing his long black coat and pirate hat. Dan Heng did giggle happily as he looked at the earrings the captain had; because of their cute sounds whenever he was moving, the merman could hear it pretty well, but he stopped staring when he noticed Blade reserving a cold stare

"Was I interrupting anything?" Blade tilted his head alternating his gaze between the two

"Good morning, Blade.. All good, I have... Taken care of the situation" he coughed a little as he raised the arm tied with Dan Heng's one and Blade crossed his arms, leaving a glance.

"I can see it..." Blade got his beloved knife on his hands to then swing it fast and cut the rope, to then push a little the merman, who wobbled and fell on his back "You're still not even able to keep the balance" he crouched down, having a smirk as Dan Heng was still touching a little his back, feeling pain.

"I will make sure he won't slow us down. I will make him walk with me, don't worry, he's light anyway" Richard said to then notice Blade still looking at Dan Heng, who crossed his arms and pouted

"Rude" Dan Heng said and Blade tilted his head, amused by his childish reaction "Rude clownfish"

Blade grabbed his chin and forced him to look at him and the knife close to his neck "You better stop calling me like that, you wouldn't like me mad, pretty face" he warned him and Dan Heng couldn't help but giggling

"Pretty? Am I pretty? I know!" he exclaimed, moving the chin a little for a more comfortable hold from Blade's hand, and lock his big blue eyes on those red ones. Blade for a moment was paralysed, was he for real?!
