The morning arrived, Minjeong woke up before his alarm had its chance to sing the voice of its people. He stayed in Doyoung's room. Ollie kept the room the same ever since his passing, without the dust of course. Doyoung was his partner in crime. Both of them would be a menace whenever they're together.
Minjeong sat upright on the bed, his eyes fixed on the picture frame, "I'll see you later."
He got up from the bed, took a shower and dressed up.Stepping out of the room, Karina came out hers at the same time. Behind her, Yunjin and Aeri. "Good morning," Minjeong smiled at them.
Minjeong saw Karina's mouth move-
"Good morning, Wednesday. I'm going to drop Karina and Aeri at their office," Yunjin said chirpily. Minjeong frowned just for a moment, but relaxed his face quickly.
"Oh, okay," he closed the door behind him.
He spent the night with her?"Bye now," he waved them goodbye.
He went to the reading with a grumpy Jennie."I still don't get why I should be here," she grunted.
Minjeong looked at her, "It's his last wish. You'll get to be with Jisoo after we're done here."
In the conference room, their father sat in the middle of the ridiculously large oval table. The lawyer sat to the right of his father. Which leaves them to the empty seat on the left.
"Sit, your mother and I have to fly off after this," his father ordered. His uncle left the company and all of his assets to Minjeong.
"As expected, I still don't know why I'm needed here," Jennie readying herself to go.
Minjeong stood up, "No, that's not what he said.""What do you mean, Minjeong?" his father asked.
"He agreed to pass the company, the beverly and his house to Jennei. And what about these Australian shares right here? Since when do we have whatever it is over there?" Minjeong stood up.
The lawyer looked at his files, "I'm sorry, sir. This is his updated will."
His father looked at him, "Since it's already yours, you are more than free to pass it to Jennie instead." His father paused, "If you managed to convince the board."
Minjeons's eyes burned in fury, "He didn't even get to do it." Minjeong turned to Jennie, "I will fix this. You deserve this anyway."
After the meeting and much argument between his father and Jenneie, Minjeong went to his office. Dealing with the onslaught phone calls and meetings.
After work, he arrived on a rather quiet place by himself.
"Haven't been here in a while," he poured a shot of liquor to the ground. He crouched closer, "Hope you're doing well there, Young. Now your family is there with you."
"Your dad is really something, huh?" A wind blew on his back. He could feel Doyoung's presence near him. "Let me tell you a story about this girl." Minjeong said while cleaning the area around the grave.
30 minutes talking alone, he felt the boulders lifted off from his shoulders. "I better go now, Young. I will see you again next time."
The sun has already starting to set, the sky looking as beautiful as ever. He went to his car, and typed into the GPS.
He went back to the Beverly house in hopes to be alone, except he's not. When he entered the house, he could see Jennie and the rest sitting in the living room.
"Oh, you guys are here?" he closed the door.
Suddenly someone popped up in front of him, causing him to push whoever it is. When he looked at the person carefully, he realized it was Chaewon.
