Taeyeon spent his afternoon in a mall closest to the studio. He took out his phone and texted Jisoo.
What do you guys usually eat?
-Why?
Just entertain me. I'm bored. Somi is not giving you guys any troubles, right?
-Well, she said some things here and there, but nothing too heavy.
Okay, that's good. So, the food?
-Chicken wrap for Rina, no garlic sauce, extra vegetables. Same goes to me, but no cucumber. Aeri usually get chicken sandwich with extra fries.
What about drinks?
-You sound like a waiter. Sparkling water for all of us, extra cold. Could you maybe smuggle me some liquor?
Ma'am, I am not a smuggler. Is Karina done filming?
-She'll be done in an hour, maximum.
Okay thank you, Miss Jisoo.
Minjeong stepped into a restaurant and proceeded to place his order. While waiting for the food, he went to the nearest convenience store and purchased a small whisky. He went back to the restaurant and found his orders ready to be collected. He went on his way merrily.
I'm on my way with refreshments
-Great, Yoona will be waiting
He arrived back to the studio, brown bags in hand. He greeted the security guard again and pointed towards the bags. The guard gave him a visitor pass and lets him through.
"Thanks, Eric," he smiled to the guard.
He went into the studio and spotted Aeri waving around for him. He made his way to her, and unbeknownst to him, he had also passed by Somi.
"Here," Minjeong looked into one of the bags, "This one is for you."
Aeri rummaged into the brown bag, "Chicken sandwich? Thank you so much. You are a life saver. The buffet here doesn't serve this heavenly food."
Minjeong smiled, he could see why Yizhuo is smitten with Aeri. "Is she done already?" he asked softly.
"No, few minutes more. But you could wait in her room. Jisoo is in there," Aeri started to walk, leading him to Karina's waiting room.
In the room, Aeri placed her brown bag on the small dining table they had and pointed to Jisoo, "You. Do not steal my food. I will be right back." Aeri ran out of the room.
Minjeong stood awkwardly by the door. The room is brightly lit with a cool white lamp, a contrast to what he had in his office. Jisoo sat by the small couch, and in front of it is a small coffee table. The makeup table is opposite to the couch, so Karina could still talk to Jisoo through the reflection.
"What are you doing there? Take a sit. I don't bite," Jisoo ordered him. Now he understand why Jennie is in love with Jisoo.
"Oh um, this is for you and Jimin," he passed her the remaining brown bag and sat on Ti!any's makeup chair, keeping his distance from Jisoo as a respect.
Jisoo reached into the bag and gasped, "No, you didn't." She pulled out the small liquor bottle. "I really needed this today."
"Hard day, huh?" he tried to release the tension. He watched as Jisoo gulped the drink in one go.
"You have no idea," she thrashed the bottle into the bin next to her. "Anyway, why didn't you post a picture of you and Karina?"
"Uh, I haven't ask her," Minjeong swiveled in the chair.
