Finally, he got out of the smoke. And saw Dantu running from Walaji as they were chasing him with spears three archers on the same higher got arrows set to fire Kobi fired his arrows at they as they already released the hands flowing to sky two them kill two Walaji guard in front chasing while third one hit dantu leg more of them were heading him but Kobi was able to keep up and kill them with his arrows one of the Walaji charged to dantu with his spear to stab him Kobi headshot him from a hill very far 3 second later he found been grazed by the leg they collapse on the ground an infested called him inside his dream "Kobi , Kobi , Kobi" a Walaji guard put a pouch fill with something that has a strong mist smell close to their nose waking both of them they were tied up looking at their leader which was a young female wearing a giant bird skull as a hat having two crossed quivers loaded with bones for bolt , ropes with four small pouch tied up on her waist side, a long red skirt filled with cowries stitch round it and a red one handled bra shaped top she asked" which one of you killed Renok "Dantu was shake in fear while Kobi was silent and calm looking at their face expression she knew it was Kobi she told the guard to lock them up we will kill them tomorrow they put them in an iron cage with someone is there the person said "so you met Iyani my name is Vinza "Kobi replied, "so her name is Iyani "Dantu, with fear in his eyes the thing he was saying is "my wife, my kids "meanwhile, on that same night, in sun rise Ulna got to their base in search of Kobi and Dantu.

The security was tight. Ulna was able to stealth kill some guys using her light magic to swiftly teleport to them. She reached the execution area in time. The execution guard raised his sword to cut off Kobi's head as he freed his hand from the rope; they tied it by turning it into a blade and robbing it on the string. The executioner was frozen. The other guards were wondering what was wrong with him. The guard collapsed on the ground as they saw Ulna behind him with her blade covered in blood. The other guard attacked them. Kobi went after Iyani met up with her. She said, "Nice place to fight, isn't it "She transformed her hands into two battle axes with two holes in the middle for placing her bone bolt.

She charged, delivering two slashes and then firing two sharpened bones that would explode once they touched him, dealing toxic damage. She smirked and told him, "I poisoned you. You won't lay a scratch on me if you want the antidote in my blood." Kobi and Iyani kept clashing their blades. They both clashed their swords. Iyani said, "Anytime now, your body be weakening as I consume it and become the better warrior to serve the widowed queen." Kobi felt the poison effect and proceeded to be more careful because he couldn't move much wondering if she had more tricks on her sleeve. So he kept himself in defense mode, transformed his hand into a shield, and waited for her to attack as she charged toward him; he set his guard up, ready to block her attacks. She swung her ax hands at him multiple times.

He kept blocking it with his shield, hanging and swinging till she let her guard down allowing a graze on her back. Kobi changed to a blade. They both were going at it switching from defence to offense even thought he was moving a bit slow but he pushes his limit to attack, as they were fighting iyani lost her balance his left herself wide-open as Kobi reached for the kill he notices that he stopped moving, in his mind he asked himself "why are I moving " next thing he got slashed from behind and iyani did even move a muscle the time it happened her eyes turn black , she laughed and said " you are something and you amuse me, you taken eight dozes poison from the bones I shot at you and you aren't dead" Kobi replied " eight " she replied " yes eight I fire bone at you before slashing you and yet you still live but I can feel your body weakening perhaps you need two more" she gave him a head and heart shot Kobi fell on the ground she kept on laughing Ulna asked Iyani " what are you laughing about " iyani fired a bone at Ulna she flicks it to a guard trying to kill her from her right killing him in the process Iyani looked her asking if she wants to die like him just say it Ulna replied "but he doesn't look dead, and if I were you I will watch out " she laughed and asked " why " ulna replied " look at your front" as she looked forward Kobi shield flew straight to her face as it bashes her face demolishing the bird skull she wore on her head and delivering impact to her face making her bleed on her forehead and came back to him the bird skull refied itself and she carry it and wore it on her head.

Kobi's eyes were red. He removed all the bones that she fired at him, making the holes he had to close up. He growled, just like every infested iyani smiled, and said, " he is even a monster, Come on," she fired multiple bones at him none of them affected him even though the bones were toxic he never felt the effect nor the pain of it piecing his skin. The next wave of bones she fired he transformed his left arm into a shield glowing red, blocking all the bones and removing the of his shield. She went behind Kobi for a surprise attack. Immediately she swung her ax arm. Kobi held the sharp part of the ax with his two fingers without bleeding this got Iyani in shock wondering how it was possible because anytime she swung her ax arm to slash it created a small cut before coming into contact with anything or object but he caught the sharp edge of the ax arm without bleeding. Then he caught off a small chunk of the blade. His fingers were glowing red and transferred to the small chunk of the blade he was holding in his hand, the thing heated up to the same glowing red color, Iyani said "Hmm it's all a bluff " and attacked him, he was using the blade chunk to parry iyani attacks. Every time their arm weapons clashed, iyani flew 2 meters away. Hence, she fired a bone at him. He caught it with his left hand fast. She got behind him and was about to fire another bone. Kobi uses his thumb to flick to the blade breaks her ax arm and comes back to him.

Iyani was screaming in pain and anger. Her eyes turned completely black. She removed the bird skull from her head and charged toward him, but anytime she got closer, Kobi froze and got slashed. The exact process kept happening again, and after the third time, she made the same attack. Kobi and Ulna figured out how she attacks only when she gets close to her enemy. She created a sphere-shaped time void that covers and freezes the enemy allowing her to add clones that will shoot for her enemy with bones or slash her enemy with the clone ax arm and it's all working with her eyes. Iyani laughed and said "What do think of my new power This is called eyes void where I open a spherical short-dome void creating a clone, that stops the enemy's movement and attacks them for a short time as my eyes in the color of a void dome". Kobi ran toward her as iyani wondered what he was thinking. Running toward me is a bad idea. As he got close to her, she said to him, "You are finished now, Dye" As she busted out her laughter, he dodged the time void created to cover him. Kobi was moving left and right, preventing himself from entering another time-void dome.

He ran straight to her as Kobi got close, and she covered herself and Kobi with the time void iyani saw an arrow stop about to hit her head she started glowing in a reddish form. It exploded and blew up the void she swung her other ax arm Kobi cut it off, put her on the ground, and ate her up as she was screaming after he has finished eating her up Ulna showed up ready to face him because she knows that Kobi is in a dream state and that infected inside them has taken over his body since the time Iyani shot he heart and head shotted him the infected spoke with it deep and dark voice " yes I'm free " Ulna replied " you finally came out after I tried you kill you before, for how long will you be hiding inside him " the infected replied " as long as it takes to kill you and harness your power" at the same time he turned arms to blade and attack she dodges all his attacks infested spoke and said "we are both the same with different motives" Ulna replied while fight " how" the overrun replied " you want his vessel to get strong to defeat my creator which you think brings positive change to the balance of the universe while I want his vessel to feed for power, beside you know you can't kill me cause if you do the boy dies " Ulna palms where glowing white she hit him on his chest and said " who said I'm going to kill you that his goal which I know he will do"

Kobi's body went down to the ground. Ulna used her hand to tap into his mind and wake him up from his dream state and met up with dantu, who called Chonge to pick them up.

An infected saw them as they left and went to report the situation to their queen. Her anger triggered a dark aura that could cover her body, destroying the cave and killing every infested inside the cave. Something came out of her back, like a whip covered in blades.
