PRE-STORY

The celestial emperors created two space breeds to understand the universe's balance and ensure every being follows it. The first breed, Ulna, studied emotion and attitude but was more intrigued by humans. The second breed, Erek, loved destroying beings and consuming planets for power. The emperors felt anger and disappointment in Erek's work, and they asked Ulna to talk to him. Erek acted stubbornly, speaking with pride and claiming superiority. They fought to destroy Ulna's planet, knowing they might destroy all planets in the solar system if they continued. The emperors held down Erek and his armies, while Ulna used asteroids to seal them down from another world called Eva. Later, an alien race, Velox, was chased down by Wren, another race with a thirst for piracy and carnage. Wren fired an ultra-laser cannon, allowing the side of the globe to open, allowing the aliens to spread through galaxies to consume and infect other beings.

MAIN STORY.

CHAPTER 1 PART 1.

A spaceship partially covered in tendrils crashed in Africa, turning some parts of the grassland reddish black. The infected creatures broke out of the spaceship and feasted on living creatures, turning them into monsters that feasted on humans. Most animals turned infected after being consumed by order overrun or taking reddish-black vegetables. These monsters spread to several tribes to look for humans and feast on them, causing chaos and destruction. Some humans went mad eating their kind due to the shortage of food, while others tried to escape, but the monsters were faster and had sharp earrings and speed that could match up with a cheetah.

Some people hid until the infected were out of sight. One day, a hunter and his son were heading to gazelle territory to hunt gazelles. They found tracks of gazelles running 30 meters and spotted an infected one patrolling left and right. The hunter and his son successfully hunted the infected ones down, bringing the animals to their hut. The hunter's wife welcomed them, cooked gazelles meat pepper soup, and prepared a gazelles meat pepper soup that would last them for three weeks.

While munching their food, they heard screams outside their hut. The hunter told his wife and son to hide while he checked what was happening. He peeped through the window and saw the infected attacking the villagers in fear. The hunter carried his machete and waited for them to come. An infected appeared in front of the hunter, unaware of the situation. The infected turned its arm into a blade, stabbed the hunter and his wife to death, and almost consumed the son. A light beam dropped from the sky, breaking the hunter's roof hut and landing on his wife. She shot a beam with her hands, turning the overrun into dust and healing the boy, making him half infected.

Kobi, a space breed, trained for years to help prevent the planet from dying. He had to kill three infested in front of him, including a brute with a wide attack range and two average human-sized infested with blades for their arms. Kobi turned his arm into a crossbow, fired an arrow at one of the infested heads, and the second one-stop charged, causing the brute to go berserk and throw boulders at him.
