STEPHEN CURRY
Los Angeles, CA.I didn't realise having 4 kids was a lot until I was chasing them around a crowded theme park. We celebrated Riley's 10th birthday last night, concluding all the July birthday festivities. Canon and Raelyn hung around Kiana most of the time. Ryan joined them occasionally. At first it worried me that Riley wasn't as open to getting to know Kiana but with my help, they got a bit closer. The other day I found them trading curly hairstyles. It was the cutest thing ever.
"Okay, the 2 little ones are taking their naps and Ri and Ryan are watching a movie." Kiana walked through the conjoined hotel room door. "Hats off to you for doing this 24/7. It's only been a week and I'm already exhausted."
"So, what you're saying is you're ready to be mom?" I joked.
"Maybe one day. I still have some things I want to achieve before becoming a mother." Kiana replied.
I wasn't in a rush to have more kids but I could definitely really see myself having a mini Kiana in the future.
"Since we're on the topic, do you think you'll get married again?" Kiana asked.
"I didn't close the door on marriage. I'll be open to it if the right person comes along." I smiled before pulling her into my lap.
"Thank you for trusting me with your babies this week. It's been really great getting to know them, seeing the qualities each of them inherited from you. I'm really looking forward to our lives together." Kiana locked her arms around my shoulders before gently kissing my forehead.
"I love you." I stared up at Kiana's face which now held a shocked expression. Seeing her with the kids, the way she handles all the BS that comes with being my girlfriend. There was no other word to describe what I feel for her in this moment.
"What?" I brushed my hand over her cheek.
Kiana smiled widely. "Do you realise what you just said?"
"That I love you?"
"Uhm hmm."
"I love you, Kiana." I repeated. "Honestly, I've been waiting a while to say it. I figured there wasn't a more perfect moment. You brought me back to love when I thought it was all over for me. You've been so patient and understanding, you're everything to me."
The twinkle in her eyes didn't go unnoticed as I professed my love to her. We sat on the edge of the bed just staring deeply into each other's eyes.
"Well, I love you too, Stephen." Kiana finally said before pecking my lips repeatedly. "I love you even when you leave your popcorn crumbs in bed every night or when you use up all the warm water. I love all of you."
"Men are allowed to have a self care routine you know." I defended myself. I can't be walking around here smelling funky.
"By all means, but taking a 20 minute shower everyday is crazy." She rolled her eyes.
"Oh, I'll give you something to roll your eyes over." I swing her legs off my lap before gently tossing her on the bed. My hands trickled down her thighs where I slowly pulled her shorts and panties down. I leaned down kissed her awaiting lips. I slowly pulled away then place two digits in her mouth, soaking them.
I smirked to myself when I saw Kiana's eyes roll back the second my fingers entered her.
Got her.
She gripped my bicep tightly as I engulfed my fingers between her slick folds.
"Stephen..." She moaned quietly, wary of the kids who were only next door.
With my hand still massaging her core, I trailed sweet kisses down her body before pulling her closer to the edge of the bed. Kiana propped herself up on her elbow and watched me go to work. She eagerly grounded her hips further into my hand.
