Blair♧
I wake up without feeling a strong body beside me, rubbing my eyes grumbling nonsense I sit up and look through my now foggy vision. Little stars obscure my view and I follow them until my eyes land on a certain someone stood at the foot of the bed.
I close my eyes and when I open them again Alex stares at me with a smirk.
And I just know I look a freaking mess.
I groan and slam my head back down on the pillow lifting the duvet over my head. I hear him chuckle.
"Don't look at me," I warn through the sheet so my voice is muffled.
"Blair let me see you."
"No."
"Blair."
"No."
The duvet is ripped off me and I am pulled to the edge of the bed by my ankles. I let out a squeal as Alex peers down at me with a victorious smile.
"There she is," he sing songs.
I push him back and stand up on the floor.
"I look a mess advert your eyes while you still can."
"Blair I called you beautiful last night, I meant that in every aspect."
I suddenly feel heat rise to my cheeks as I recall last night.
He kissed me.
But that doesn't counteract the fact that I look like absolute crap. I snag some random clothes of mine from off the floor and hurry into the bathroom. I quickly lock it and let out a deep breath.
"You are one crazy lady Blair," Alex chuckles from the other side of the door.
"You're one hell of a kisser Peterson," I counter and stare wide eyed at myself in the mirror. Did I really just say that?
"Indeed I am." I can practically hear him smirk. Maybe he's been around Damien too much.
"Now can I finally see you," whines Alex.
I smile to myself as I finish drying my face with the towel and I unlock the door. As soon as it opens I am engulfed by a pair of strong arms and I am lifted in the air. I wrap my legs around Alex's torso as he keeps his hands planted around my lower back.
"Good morning beautiful," he smiles and for the first in a while he has genuine warmth in his features.
"Good morning handsome," I smile back and I swear on it his cheeks tint the slightest bit pink. He places me down on the ground gently being careful not to press too harshly on my back.
"I'm going to go meet Kingston in the spar room so I'll come find you later," he says pressing a light kiss to my cheek. It's nice to see that he is slowly becoming himself again, we don't have Eric to thank for that.
