Ch.15 The Masters Last Stand

Aleu's P.O.V

It was a beautiful day out I decided to take a stroll downtown, during my walk I come across Turtle Cove University I spot Alyssa walking across campus. 

" Hey Alyssa!"

Alyssa looks around then spots me she gives me a smile and hurries over.

" Hey Aleu, what are you doing here?"

" I was out for a walk and happened to come across Turtle Cove University."

Just then students were hurrying over gathering around the TV, Alyssa and I look at each other confused she then stops a fellow student.

" What's going on?"

" They found him."

" Found who?"

" Dr. Adler."

We hurry over to the TV to see what the commotion was about camera crews were surrounding the hospital as they wheel in Dr. Viktor Adler who disappeared 20 years ago in the Amazon reporters swarmed him like a bunch of wasps trying to figure out what exactly happened to him and his crew. As the reporters continue to ask questions Alyssa steps to the side pulling out her growl phone calling Cole telling him the news.

" What, this is fantastic now I'll finally know what happened to them."

" I'll find out where he's going to be."

" Right, thanks Alyssa."

Alyssa and I step away from the TV as they continue to cover Dr. Adler's return. Alyssa looks at me smiling.

" This is great Aleu, now Cole can finally figure out what happened to his parents."

" That is good news, come on we should get to the hospital."

Alyssa and I hurry to the hospital to meet up with the others Cole looks at us excited. 

" This is it; I can finally know what happened to my parents."

Cole begins to walk towards the door but Alyssa grabs Cole by the arm pulling him back.

" What if it's not good news Cole?"

" I need to know what happened to them one way or another."

Cole looks back at us letting out a small sigh we then head up to Dr. Adler's room before we go in, I stop in my tracks a shiver goes down my spine something doesn't seem right I take a few steps back Taylor looks at me worried.

" You alright?"

" I don't know."

" You look like you've seen a ghost."

" I'll wait out here for you guys, if that's alright."

Taylor nods.

" Of course, take as much time as you need Aleu."

I give Taylor a small smile.

" Thanks Taylor."

I can't shake this feeling as the rangers step inside Dr. Adler's room something doesn't seem right. As the rangers enter the room they stop as the find the bed empty, they hurry over looking around, just then the door locks Dr. Adler steps out growling at them the rangers turn look at him confused with what's going on. Cole takes a step forward holding up a hand telling him they mean no harm.

" Dr. Adler it's me Cole Evans, I'm the son of Richard and Elizabeth please tell me what happened to my parents."

Dr. Adler lets out a sinister chuckle.

" You'll find out soon enough."

Dr. Adler pulls Cole into a hug then transforms back into Master Org the rangers gasp with horror seeing this. 

" Cole!"

Cole pulls away as vines shoot out of Master Org's body, they begin to wrap around Cole binding him before the others can react Master Org holds out his hand shooting out more vines at the rangers binding them as well. Master Org lets out an evil laugh.

Hearing the evil laughter, I get up from the chair I try to opening the door, which was locked. I then pound my fist against the door.

" Guys what's going on?"

I shove my shoulder into the door still no luck I look around making sure I was alone with a swift kick I manage to break the door open my jaw drops when I see the vines covering the whole room Dr. Adler and the rangers are nowhere to be found. 

" Oh no." 

I quickly leave the hospital calling Merrick.

" Merrick, the rangers have been kidnapped."

" Kidnapped?"

" They went to visit Dr. Adler to get answers, but they disappeared."

" I'll meet you on the Animarium."

As I hurry back to the Animarium I have so many thoughts running through my head I can't concentrate my friends are in trouble I need to do something to help them. As I wait for Merrick, I begin to pace Shayla watches from a distance worried, she slowly makes her way over to me.

" Aleu, what's wrong?"

" The rangers have been kidnapped."

" Kidnapped by who?"

" Dr. Adler."

Merrick runs into the interior, hurrying over to me. 

" Aleu what's going on."

" The others been kidnapped by Dr. Adler."

" Dr. Adler?"

" Dr. Adler is Master Org, they walked right into a trap, we have to find them."

" We will but first tell me what happened."

" They found Dr. Adler, they took him to the hospital and Cole wanted answers about his parents I didn't go in the room with them because I got a bad feeling beforehand, I sat outside the room trying to calm myself that's when I heard evil laughter, I tried opening the door, but it was locked, but I managed to get it opened and the room was covered with vines. Dr. Adler and the others were gone."

I begin to shake as tears run down my face Merrick wraps his arms around me holding me close trying his best to comfort me.

" Merrick he'll kill them whenever he has the chance."

" We will find them."

" I should have stopped them this is my fault they've been taken, if they get hurt or- oh god what have I done."

" Hey, it is not your fault, don't blame yourself they didn't know Dr. Adler was Master Org. I'm just glad he didn't get you."

I bury my face into Merrick's chest as Nayzor and Master Org's words fill my head 'We will destroy them one by one in front of you', We will destroy the Power Rangers once and for all and Orgs will rule the world'. I squeeze my eyes shut balling my fists in anger I won't let them destroy the rangers. I pull back from Merrick looking him in the eye.

" We have to find the others; I won't let Master Org destroy them."

Shayla hurries over to us placing a hand on my shoulder.

" Keep me updated."

" We will, ready Merrick?"

" Ready."

" Wild Access!"
