Ch. 17 Homecoming

Aleu's P.O.V

After the defeat of Zen-Aku we celebrate the night away knowing that he won't be a problem to us anymore, but we know that there's a bigger threat still out there waiting to strike. After Merrick went back to Wille's Roadhouse I sat in the field looking at the wildzords letting out a small sigh. The wolf, coyote, and jackal look down at me letting out a small growl.

" With Zen-Aku gone we have one less Duke Org to worry about, but there's a new threat about now."

The wolf lets out a howl, I look up at him slowly nodding.

" I know and we'll be ready for whoever it is, the Wild Force Rangers never give up."

The wolf, coyote, and jackal let out a howl just then Morgan walks up beside me giving me a faint smile.

" How are you feeling?"

" Never better, but the fight isn't over yet."

" Someday the Orgs will be defeated once and for all and we can be at peace."

" Morgan, do you ever wonder what life would be like if things didn't change, I mean no pollution, no Orgs, just everyone living in harmony like 3,000 years ago."

" Of course, I do I wish we were living that way now, but things were bound to change no matter what. "

I let out a small sigh and look down.

" A lot has changed over 3,000 years sometimes I wish I could have done things different you know."

Morgan knits her brows confused.

" What do you mean Aleu?"

" What if I was the perfect Princess my stepfather wanted me to be, would he have placed me on the Animarium too when the Orgs attacked? Or would he have left me alone defenseless?"

" Mask or no mask I'm sure you would have found your way onto the Animarium, Aleu don't sell yourself short like that we're all glad you're here with us, you're a Wild Force Power Ranger and thanks to you I've never seen Merrick this happy before. Don't you see how important you are to everyone."

" I do now, thanks Morgan."

" Anytime."

Back at the Nexus Jindrax and Toxica show Mandilok around Toxica turns to him giving him a smile.

" Welcome home Mandilok it must feel great to be back after all those years, can we get you anything?"

As Mandilok looks around he lets out a scoff.

" What happened to this place? It's a mess!"

Jindrax turns to Mandilok.

" Well, that fake Master Org went on a rampage and destroyed all the General Org statues, hey its a good thing you were imprisoned somewhere else."

" So, I'm the last of the Org Generals?"

Jindrax and Toxica nod.

" That's correct."

" Hm, how very interesting I'll have to rebuild the Org empire from scratch now won't I of course I'll need some help from some loyal assistance."

Jindrax and Toxica look over at each other then back at Mandilok, Toxica raises her hand.

" That would be us."

Jindrax nods then points to himself and Toxica.

" Your two loyal Duke Orgs at your service Mandilok."

Mandilok laughs hearing what Jindrax and Toxica say.

" Nonsense I need someone with talent who I can trust now where would I find such help oh yes of curse here are just the two Duke Orgs I need.

Mandilok fires a beam at the broken statues creating two new Duke Orgs, Jindrax and Toxica look at Mandilok baffled.

" Welcome back Artilla, Helicos." 

Artilla and Helicos bow before Mandilok.

" General Mandilok we are at your service."

" Perfect, Artilla, Helicos come, I'm starving come on."

The trio leave the Nexus leaving Jindrax and Toxica behind the two Duke Orgs look at each other speechless. At a construction site workers are minding their business when Kite pokes his head out looking to see if the coast is clear the workers don't see him, he sneaks his way over to the table and begins to eat their doughnuts just then one of the workers spots him.

" Hey, you get out of there!"

Startled by the worker, Kite drops the box doughnuts and runs for it when he turns to corner, he accidentally runs right into Cole.

" Kite, what's going on?"

" Hey, you that kid has been stealing our lunches all week."

Cole turns looking at Kite.

" Is that true?"

" Just keep him off our site."

" Don't worry I'll talk with him."

The workers head back Cole look at Kite letting out a sigh.

" Kite."

" I know I'm sorry Cole its just I'm so hungry."

" You're more than welcome come to the Animarium and eat with us."

" I don't want to intrude."

" I'm sure Princess Shayla wouldn't mind one bit."

Just then a distant explosion catches their attention Cole turns looking back at Kite.
