"Could be Luke's or Molly's." Beth spoke up as she glanced down at the tracks Daryl uncovered. "Whoever they are, it means they're alive."
"No. This means they were alive four or five hours ago." Daryl told her as he inspected the tracks.
She looked at Daryl before walking in another direction. "They're alive."
"Just humor her, why don't you." I sighed, coming up beside Daryl. "She just lost her father and now she doesn't know if Maggie is okay or not. She has to hold that hope."
Daryl stood up, walking in the direction Beth went in. "Ain't gonna do any good." I let out a frustrated sigh as I walked after Daryl and Beth, not knowing what had gotten into him.
Daryl slowed his walk, pointing to the ground beside him. "They picked up the pace right here. Got out in a hurry. Things went bad."
"Wouldn't kill you to have a little faith." Beth retorted, glancing around on the ground.
"Yeah, faith." Daryl replied sarcastically. "Faith ain't done shit for us. Sure as hell didn't do nothing for your father."
I stopped searching the ground, turning to look at Daryl. Did he seriously just say that? I quickly glanced at Beth, seeing her annoyed look. "Guys, let's just keep looking." I huffed out, somewhat irritated by the way Daryl was acting.
I began glancing around once more as Beth began grabbing berries from a nearby bush. "They'll be hungry when we find them."
"I say we go this way." I spoke up, glancing at the two. As Daryl gave Beth his bandanna to put the berries in, he walked past me and held his bow up, following the trail as I glanced back over to Beth. "Don't mind him, he's just being an ass."

I glanced up at the sky as it got dark, hearing the thunder off in the distance. "It's going to storm soon. We need to find somewhere to wait it out."
"Yeah, and where do you suppose we go?" Daryl asked as we gestured around.
I crossed my arms, staring at him. "I don't know, you act like I know where the hell we are." I countered back.
"Guys!" Beth exclaimed, looking at the two of us. "Can we just-"
Growling interrupted as we all turned to see a group of Walkers heading in our direction. With it being dark, the best option we had was to outrun them.
Not wasting a second, we took off in the opposite direction, coming out of the woods and onto a road with a single car. Looking around, Daryl motioned to us. "Come on."
He glanced around the road as Beth looked inside the car. "Beth, see if you can get it to run." I whispered to her as Daryl and I watched the woods on both sides.
We began to hear rustling and growling as Daryl walked over to us, motioning to the trunk. "Come on."
"You can't be serious..." I trailed off as Beth and I came up beside him.
"Do you have a better idea?" Daryl asked as he lifted the trunk open as Beth climbed in.
I let out a sigh, following in after her, deciding not to argue with him. After I got in, I scooted as close to Beth as I could so Daryl could climb in. I held my hand out offering to hold his bow so he could get in.
Daryl handed me the bow, situating himself before he closed the trunk, tying it shut with a rag. Daryl looked to me, gesturing to give him his bow as he glanced through the crack of the trunk.
