I saw Carol walking back over to the camp, eyes red. I met her halfway, worried. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." She nodded, wiping a tear as it protruded from her eye.
"What happened?" I asked her.
"I tried to stop Daryl from going out in the woods again, he-he got mad, said some things, and stormed off." She explained, shaking her head. "I just don't want anyone to get hurt. He's not healed enough to go out there."
I let out a sigh, nodding my head. "It's okay. Like you said, 'he'll come around', right?" I got a nod in response. "Besides, he's just being a jackass, seems to be his normal from what I can tell."
I earned a halfhearted chuckle. "Yeah... I'll be fine, really." I gave her a nod as she walked over to the RV.
After she walked in, I made my way to Daryl's tent. "What the hell, Daryl?"
"What do ya want now?" He grunted, cleaning one of his arrows.
I crossed my arms, watching him. "What'd you say to Carol? She's pretty upset." I asked.
"Me?" He stopped, glaring at me. "She don't think I'll find her damn daughter! The stupid bitch..." He grumbled, going back to his arrow.
I let out a sigh, trying to keep calm. "It's not that she doesn't think you will, it's that she's preparing for the worst case scenario."
When he didn't say anything, I continued. "What Shane said wasn't right, but she took it into consideration. Fact is, we don't know if she's alive, dead, or a Walker. And Carol is constantly thinking about that."
I paused for a moment. "She-she doesn't want you to hurt yourself more, because she cares what happens to you, a lot of people do. People look to you for answers too, not just Shane or Rick." I concluded, stepping back from his camp. "Just keep that in mind." I added before walking off.

It was later in the afternoon and I was sitting on the porch playing a game with Carl, Beth, and Patrica when T-Dog walked up with Andrea. "Do you know what's going on?" T-Dog asked Glenn, who was sitting beside Maggie on the steps.
"Where is everyone?" Andrea asked, the two coming to a stop as Glenn stood up.
"Hold on for a sec, 'kay?" I told the three, standing up from my seat and walking down the steps.
Glenn glanced between the two. "You haven't seen Rick?"
"He went off with Hershel. We were supposed to leave a couple hours ago." Andrea replied, confused as well.
"Yeah you were, What the hell?" We turned to see Daryl coming up, followed by Carol.
"Rick told us he was going out." Andrea told him.
"Damn it. Isn't anybody taking this seriously?" Daryl asked, glancing at everyone. "We got us a damn trail." He pointed off to the woods. "Oh, here we go." We saw Shane coming over, the bag of guns slung over his shoulder. "What's all this?"
Shane held out a gun to Daryl, a dangerous look on his face. "You with me man?" Daryl grabbed the gun, without saying a word. "Time to grow up. You already got yours?" He asked Andrea and T-Dog.
"Yeah." Andrea replied, unsure of what's going on. "Where's Dale?"
Shane handed a gun to T-Dog. " He's on his way." He brushed off.
"Thought we couldn't carry." T-Dog spoke up, grabbing the gun anyway.
"Yeah well, we can and we have to." Shane told him, walking to the rest of us. "Look, it was one thing sitting around here picking daisies when we thought this place was supposed to be safe. But now we know it ain't."
