Abhimanyu's mind has played a wonderful game with him, as most of his memories of the night was heavily repressed. After the death of his twin, Abhinav left the college as he was battling his own depression. So Abhimanyu never knew that his attacker has a living twin. According to Abhimanyu, he hates talking about his college life and he's afraid of the dark as his mind supplied him with some vague details of the night.

Manjari: *loudly* Abhimanyu come down!

Abhimanyu was startled by his mother's loud voice, so he rushed downstairs.

Abhimanyu: What happened Maa?

Manjari: Pack your bags and leave this house.

Abhimanyu was shocked. And he turned to look at Anand, Mahima and Harsh who were all equally wide eyed.

Abhimanyu: Why Maa?! What happened?

Manjari: You need to learn to be more responsible. What's with your behaviour of back talking to elders. And most of all, you only do what you want to do. This is a family house, if you are refusing to consult and obey elders then please go away from here and only come back when you are willing to be a part of this family. Don't think this is just about Aarohi. But it is also about how you refused to welcome your own batchmate.

Abhimanyu: I've apologized to Aarohi and I'm willing to apologize until she forgives me. But I don't want anything to do with my college days.

Manjari: Then please go away from here.

Abhimanyu really wanted to ask his mother to throw him out after sunrise. But thankfully Anand intervened.

Anand: Enough Manjari! Where will he even go this late at night? Also Abhimanyu why are you so stubborn to not involve in anything regarding your college. You have topped all your courses there and then what even is your problem?

Abhimanyu sighed. Is it too much to ask for forgetting something. His inability to focus on the past suddenly made his brain supply him with thoughts of apologizing to Aarohi in person rather than a pathetic single sorry through a phone call. Is it his new found way of escapism? Sadly Abhimanyu failed to answer Anand's question.

Mahima: Abhimanyu! Your Tauji has asked you a question, so answer him.

Harsh: It's not new thing for him to be silent when he's required to talk. I'm your father Abhimanyu. But you are never willing to...

Abhimanyu intrupted Harsh.

Abhimanyu: I'm sorry but I won't be a part of welcoming my batchmate.

Manjari: Leave!

Abhimanyu did not even look back and he quickly exited the house.

A couple of moments later.

Harsh: Look what have you done Manjari?

Manjari: *crying* I thought that he'll refuse to leave the house and promise to be responsible.

Mahima: Stop fighting with each other!

Manjari: But didi, Abhimanyu left us.

Mahima: But he'll definitely come to our hospital tomorrow.

Anand: How are you sure Mahima?

Mahima: Because Mr. Kunal Kapoor's discharge is been scheduled tomorrow, his angioplasty was done by Abhimanyu. And Abhimanyu is a very responsible doctor so he'll come to make sure that everything is normal with his patient.
