THE GOENKA'S IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS

*1st Flashback - The next day after Abhimanyu left home*

*At Goenka house*

After Akshara declared that she'll fast for her Abhi's safe return, her whole family disapproved.

Mimi: *gently* Akshu, beta listen to me!

Akshara: *agitated* Everyone, please leave me alone!

Manish: But Akshu!

Akshara: Please Badepapa!

Suhasini (Mimi) then slightly tried to force feed her some poha, but Akshara angrily slapped her hand away and she snatched that dish only to throw it on the floor.

Everyone: Akshu!

Suwarna: Is this the way you behave with your elder?!

Kairav and Vansh: Say sorry to Mimi!

Mimi: *upset* It's okay everyone, our Akshu reacted out in stress!

Surekha then taunts them by saying that this is the result of over pampering, but Akhilesh shushes her.

Akshara: *closing her ears* Stop it everyone! Please leave me alone!

Manish: *loudly* Akshu! We can't leave you alone! What'll my Kartik think if I was not present for his daughter?

Akhilesh: *pissed* Kartik has another daughter named Aarohi!

Akhilesh always had a soft spot for the young girl, but he equally failed her like the rest. As soon as, Akhilesh mentioned Aarohi's name, all hell broke loose. It lead to the worst blame game, the Goenka house ever witnessed.

*1st Flashback ends*

*2nd Flashback - A couple of days after the blame game*

Mimi: *crying* Akhilesh! Please stop! Surekha please make Akhilesh understand!

Surekha: *blankly* We're sorry maaji!

Well, Akhilesh along with his wife surekha decided to shift to London to stay with his twin sons Luv & kush. Akhilesh even demanded his rightful share in the Goenka empire as he did equally pour his blood and sweat as that of Manish and Kartik (before his death). The united and powerful Goenka Empire broke into pieces. Suhasini (Mimi) was the most affected one, as she witnessed her sons split forever. It took a massive toll on her health.

*2nd Flashback ends*

*3rd Flashback - 1 month has passed since Akhilesh & Surekha has left the Goenka house*

A hospital bedridden Suhasini felt that whatever injustice they have done to their own flesh and blood has put a curse on their happiness. Suhasini felt that only apologizing to Aarohi will give her salvation. But nobody knew anything about Aarohi. Meanwhile all these days Akshara used to visit temple on the pretext that she's praying for her family's happiness but in reality, she's been visiting a sad mother who's praying for her son's wellbeing. Yes, Akshara was visiting Manjari the whole time her family was breaking into pieces.

Manjari: *hugging a sobbing Akshara* Arrey! Akshara beta! Calm down!

Akshara: *sobbing* What have I ever done to deserve all this Aunty! Is falling in love is a crime?! Even Abhimanyu is not responding to any of my calls and texts though he has his phone with him.

Manjari: *sadly* As I told you already, beta! He just sends his location to his father. He neither talks to me nor to any of the other family members.

Little did Manjari knew that behind the mask of inconsolable heartbroken Akshara, was a furious Akshara who was tending to a hot fire. After Suhasini passed away, Akhilesh along with his family returned to pay respect to his mother but they left after all the rituals.

*3rd flashback ends*

*4th flashback - Kairav's depression*

Kairav fell prey to depression. When Kairav was a little boy, he did not get his father's love for 5 whole years, for what? A dispute between his parents. Though the fault was his father's, he suffered. Then came Akshara, along with his adopted sister against his will. But God knows where Krishna is nowadays as she cut contacts shortly after Naira Mumma's death. His Naira Mumma, his Tina the tin tin lost her life in front of his own eyes. Then came Sirat Mumma, who gave him a sense of family for atleast 10 whole years before she passed away leaving his sisters and him broken. Nobody expect Vansh in the family know that Kairav blames himself for his father's death. As Karthik passed away on the same day of Sirat in a flight accident, which he could have avoided if his son Kairav didn't demand his father to join him in his admission process for college. The flight accident happened after Kairav dropped his father at the airport, after one last hug from his father. If only life decided to go easy on him. Though Gayatri (Naira's cousin and Vansh's mother) and Vatsal (Vansh's younger brother) reside in the US after her divorce with Samrat Goenka. Vansh decided to stick with Kairav as they were closer in age and he's the sole support system of Kairav when the whole family was busy in Aarohi-Akshara dispute. But now seeing him drown in depression after losing yet other family member to death, Vansh dragged a reluctant Kairav along with him to go live with Gayu and Vatsal.

2 MONTHS LATER  (on the day Abhimanyu joined the hospital)

A beautiful young woman in her 20's was sipping her black coffee and reading the newspaper, a sparrow landed near her window and chirps happily bathing in the warm light of the sunrise, but suddenly a shattering sound of the cup made the sparrow flee away in fright. As the beautiful women dropped her cup in shock, for she saw the headlines

Business Tycoon Manish Goenka and his wife Suwarna Goenka were involved in a car accident last evening. Sadly the couple passed away on the spot after the misfortune.

Though as a doctor, death is not a new aspect for her, tears prickled her eyes. A month ago, she came across an Obituary notice for Suhasini Goenka and now this!

Elsewhere....

Kairav asked Akshara to come with him to the US, but Akshara refused. Even Akhilesh offered to take in Akshara as she has not settled in her career well. But Akshara's answer was a big no! Suddenly, the Goenka house got a new visitor.

Manjari: *determined* She'll come live with us at the Birla house, as my Abhimanyu's soon to be wife.

The remaining, existing Goenkas nodded in disapproval. But Akshara who was in a head bowed position infront of Manish and Suwarna's photo smirked. Before her family asks question regarding the break up. Akshara managed to gain their sympathy for Abhimanyu by saying that he did many things in a rush and was not thinking clearly under high stress. But her love and trust for him will win. This blank statement was well enough answer for the Goenkas and Manjari.

A couple of hours later...

An energetic Abhimanyu was getting ready for the hospital, today he's joining his duty after two whole months. Though he reached Udaipur last evening, he did not go to his home as he wants to join his duty first before patching up with his family. It was his personal choice and as he's working on his mental health with a therapist he's started to cherish his thoughts small or big, it might be. He's away from the social media and current affairs so he's not aware of the tragedy with the Goenkas. Also he's in a bare minimum contact with his family. He requested the house staff to drop his bike at the hotel, he was staying for the night. And he sent his luggage away to his house with the message that he'll come back home after his duty hours.
