Hi there y'all!! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and check out this fanfic. Before we begin, I just want to establish some things. 

While the characters ARE human versions of the original My Little Pony mane-6 and co., this fanfic is not based in Equestria Girls. The physical depictions will be more realistic, and the story will be set in college with the characters aged between 18 and 23. 

The following will be a quick breakdown of the characters and setting (you do not need to read this part, but it's here to give you some extra context and names if you want it. The actual story will begin in the next chapter) Please skip to the lower sections of this chapter for credits and warnings/current rating:

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS:

Applejack (AJ): Tall blonde with green eyes and freckles, fair skin, and hair weaved into thick braids with some loose strands. Average build with some muscle tone, a strong nose and some bags under her eyes (from all that work on the farm!) Often garbed in flannel, overalls, or baggy jeans/cargo pants. 

Rainbowdash (Rain): Average height and build, but shorter than AJ. She has brunette hair with two rainbow-coloured strands in the front. Dark-tan skin and a button nose with big, hazel eyes. She often wears oversized shorts/sweatpants, sports-vests/jackets, and sometimes a backwards baseball cap/beanie or some shades (she dresses like a loser jocky--but its cute). She also enjoys tacky little rainbow-themed pins and patches plastered across her backpack and clothes. 

Pinkiepie (Piper): Tall, wider build, black girl with dark brown eyes and an afro dyed pink. She wears vibrant 80's style fits or poofy skirts and never leaves her dorm without a lolipop or two in her pocket. 

Twilight (Tiana): Average height, slim build nerd who is often dressed in dark purple. The college does not require uniforms, but her outfits resemble such to the point where you'd think that it did. She wears big glasses and has dark, straight hair with bangs. 

Rarity (Rachel): Long, obviously curled dirty-blonde (pushing scarily close to brown) locks, blue eyes and fair skin. Lots of silvery jewelry and false lashes. She brings a dark purple leather purse to college instead of a backpack. 

Fluttershy (Fae): Very tall--even taller than AJ, but with a slimmer build. Long lashes, strawberry blonde hair and grey irises. She loves to wear pale yellow or white skirts and a zip-up hoodie that is one-size too short at the sleeves. 

I may or may not add more characters as the story progresses--bare with me.

SETTING/CONTEXT

Both Rain and AJ are in their second year of college. Rain studies Fitness, and Applejack studies Nutrition. They have various classes within their otherwise separate courses that overlap such as Health & Wellness, Kinesiology, etc. AJ is one year older than Rain, but she took a gap year to help her family at the farm before pursuing her studies--hence why they are in the same year of learning. 

I don't want to add too much here, it's going to distract from the actual story... find out the rest for yourself ;))

I will be self-rating this fic 14A for it's (very mildly) suggestive content, use of language, and subject matter. If this rating changes to mature at any point in time, I will add it into the fic's status so that it is obvious to the readers, so please pay attention to that.

RIGHTS

Of course, the inspiration for this fic as well as it's characters comes from Hasbro's My Little Pony FiM! Some characters are more heavily referenced than others. 

And each song referenced will have it's credits listed right next to it (e.x. "_____ by Artist's Name Here"). I will be doing that a lot probably...I love listening to spotify when I write LOL.
