Three days came and went. Gone just like that. A blur of healing and catching up on some video games. Or rather actually playing some games. Angel rarely had down time. But now, all he had was down time. And after the fiasco, Charlie was determined not to leave his side. It was fine by him. He didn't really want to be alone. But he was worried she'd turn to him and ask him.

'what are you going to do next'

He didn't have an answer. What was he going to do next. He couldn't act in films anymore. Even if he kind of liked being a porn star. He just didn't like how Valentino went about it. He kind of missed sex for money. But fat chance of him being able to work a street corner. Or dance at a club. Even the cheap ones. Then he'd hear all the crap about how the mighty fall. Proving Valentino right, that Angel wasn't anything with out him. That the moth made him. It was true. And it wasn't. Angel was who he was because he was desired. The pimp just capitalized on it. He also restricted Angel on what he could do now.

Maybe he and Cherri could team up to over through the V's. Free everyone. But he didn't care about that overlord shit. And if the V's were killed that leave a power vacuum for some other pompous ass hole to take the stand. Maybe someone worse, someone more powerful. No Angel was sure the empire would slowly crumble anyway. Once it got out what he did. And that would be much more fun to watch then beating the shit out of them. Maybe near the end He'd get Cherri to rig up her explosions and make the tower crumble.

It was a nice fantasy. But it hardly helped with his current situation. No job = no pay. But that to he wasn't to worried about. He had a secret trust fund he'd been funneling in cash here and there for over 50 years. it was enough money to live on for a good 20-30 depending on how hells inflation looked around that time. It was brutal now. Though he didn't have to pay rent and eh was saving a but load on not buying drugs or really food with Niffty and Charlies pet. He was saving a lot being at the hotel.

But did he really want to stay here. He didn't believe in redemption. He just wanted freedom and he guest he had it now. But he also had a lot of problems. Not just mentally but physically. He wouldn't be able to make a life for himself right now. Not with his leave of the company being so fresh. He wouldn't be able to find work and if he lost the support he had. He feared he'd become a drug addict again. Truth be told he knew that's what would happen. With out the hotel he'd lose his progress and become a worse version of himself. But would he really be allowed to stay if Charlie found out he didn't care to redeem his soul. Truly didn't care. Didn't really want to be in heaven. Not when his heaven was right here. In the hotel. Laughing at the mockery of the place and it's ideals.

Angel sighed as he took a sip of a beverage prepared by the bartender in the hotel. The swing of the burning liquid was a nice distraction. But once it was gone he was back to contemplating. Wondering what comes next.

"The answers not at the bottom of a bottle" Husker spoke. The phrase had Angel chuckling dryly. A small smile tugging at his cheeks. "Yeah I know I jus, ah my minds kind of a cage o' its own" Angel answered. Moving the glass to swirl the liquid a little. The man stared at him for far to long. Angle let his hand drop from the cup. He dipped his head then sat up to look at Husker properly.

"What is it oh wise old kitty cat" he rolled his eyes as he tapped his hand on the surface. Husker shrugged his shoulders then picked up his glass. Cutting him off before he even began. He finished it off then moved to clean the glass.

"You don't have to figure yourself out right now is all. Sure you don't care about redemption but you care about getting better right. So take advantage of the princess kind heart. Of the free therapy you desperately need" he teased.

"Hey fuck yuh, like I'm the only one" Angel shook his head only for the man to snicker. "You're the only one willing. I don't see anyone kicking you out so why worry about it. Take advantage while your still here. Make sure you don't fall back into bad habits. I don't know. If one of us can do it. Maybe we all can" the feline set the glass away. Keeping his back to Angel as he bared his own heart.
