The parlor was a mess. Angel had notified Charlie he'd be returning and she put herself in a panic. Grabbing supplies from the store with Vaggie while she tasked the other residence to get the place ready. There wasn't much to do in the sense of 'get everything ready'. Just set up a table and cloth and maybe make a few sweets. Niffty had all that handled. She was very adequate at her temporary job. Leaving the others with nothing really to do.

Lucifer tried on a new outfit for the occasion. A sweater with red apples on it and a pair of jeans. He traded his hat in for a red cabbie cap. The whole outfit was awful to Alastor. But he supposed the man was dressing down to seem less superior when Angel arrived. Alastor stood by the bar. Watching the man help his remaining pet to set up streams Charlie had bought. The princess running around to try and get everything ready quickly. Her girlfriend experimenting with her retracting wings to fly up and put up the painted banner. They made the whole room a mess with the decor.

Alastor looked the decorations over. Seeing the explosion of crepe paper and paint. Niffty arriving with the sweets she had made. Those two looked a mess. Her world view was warped so the things she saw wasn't how everyone else saw things. To her it must have looked a master piece. As long as it tasted well, it was fine.

The radio demon reached into his pocket, pulling out Huskers phone. The last message on it staring at him. One from Angel stating 'I'm coming in today so give husker his phone back you bully him way to much' it was tease. But Alastor felt as if he was ordering him. He sent a message after but Angel stopped messaging back. The texted stated they were read but now Angel was ignoring him. He had no use for the device if Angel wasn't going to message him back. He stepped to the bar. Setting it down then pushing it over to the feline. Not looking his way.

"You can have this back for now" Alastor spoke as warningly as he could muster. But something didn't sound right in his voice. He could tell Husker reached for the phone. Sliding it off the table. "Thanks mom, can I also be ungrounded and play outside with little Timmy again" the man taunted sarcastically. Alastor gave him a warning look that he didn't see. Opening his phone to no doubt read though his messages.

He'd hope he didn't come off to desperate for Angel's attention. That the conversations simply flowed. That they didn't discuses their game and he wasn't found out. No doubt though he will be warning the spider about him once again. It wouldn't do any good. Angel was the type to do something because you told him not to.

Husker looked at him, brows knitted as he squinted his eyes. Unsure what he was seeing. What was he seeing. What had Alastor accidentally reveled. What kind of warning was he going to give Angel. Husker looked back at the phone then locked it. He stood up with a deep breath. What was the bartender concluding. He walked away, saying nothing to Alastor. How frustrating.

Alastor turned his attention to the group in front of him. Finishing pulling everything together. Charlie pulled out cone hats on a string. Setting one on Vaggie's head then putting one on her own. Husker walked over to them with a bottle for pouring in his hand. He poured it into the punch Charlie made. Clearly store bought lemonade. Charlie said nothing as he poured it all in. She reached for him and tried to set the hat on his head. She paused. Looking at his hat and ears sitting in the way. She pulled back and smiled nervously at him.

"Ah maybe you could just hold it" she offered. He put down the bottle and grabbed the hat. "Aw reminds me of when you were younger and we'd have you wear these all the time" Lucifer spoke as he set one on top of his hat. Charlie chuckled a little embarrassed.

"I know they're simple but party hats are always fun" the princess explained as she gestured to her own hat. Smiling brightly. Vaggie giggled beside her, crossing her arms a little nervously.
