45 - ☆: eternal feelings. [ END ]

Yerim was waiting for her boyfriend, Jungwon in front of Seoul National University. Even though he insisted on waiting for her at her university, but she didn't want because he usually would finish his class later than Yerim.

Now both of them studied at university, but they didn't study at the same university as Jungwon got offered from SNU to study Medic, while Yerim further her studies at Ewha Womans University taking English study and Literature.

Jungwon's lips formed a smile when his eyes spotted Yerim standing prettily while waiting for him, he was about to walk towards her but suddenly a girl stopped him.

"Can I ask for your number?" asked the girl while she didn't look into his face, probably shy.

"Sorry, but I got a girlfriend."

"You said that to other girls too, but did you lie about that because you don't want being disturbed?"

The girl probably thinks Jungwon lying about it because no one in that university saw him with Yerim because Yerim rarely goes there to see him or wait for him, but instead, it's him the one that always waiting for Yerim in her university.

"I really got a girlfriend already, look over there. Her name is Moon Yerim, she's pretty and cute, I could never look at another girl other than her. I love her badly that I feel like I want to kiss her right now."

Jungwon points his finger to Yerim to show that girl. Yerim who saw the situation from afar felt clueless as she didn't know what they were talking about her. The girl was silent because of the unexpected response from Jungwon that was too direct for her.

Jungwon left the girl behind as Yerim was more important than anyone beside him.

"Who's that?" asked Yerim.

"I don't know, not important." he shrugged his shoulders as he didn't care about it.

"Don't get me curious please.." Yerim put on a sulking face when Jungwon didn't tell her about it.

"Fine, she asked for my phone number. But I said I already got a girlfriend."

Yerim silent after she heard that, that's the reason why Jungwon didn't want to tell her about it because he didn't want to see her sulking. Sometimes she feels scared that Jungwon would turn himself from her as she thinks there are a lot of pretty girls in his university.

"Yerimie, please don't be sulking.. I'll never forget about you.."

Jungwon hugs Yerim to comfort her, and just like that Yerim feels fine because of his comfort. Yerim held his hand to walk together to the flower garden they planning to go to, Jungwon rubbed her head as if she wasn't hard to persuade.

They sit on the bench in the garden to appreciate the scenery in front of them while they feel the warm breeze around them. Jungwon takes this chance to appreciate the real scenery in front of him, which is Moon Yerim.

He then lay down and laid his head on her lap as she was no longer surprised by his sudden affection. He always doing something that fluttered her but she looked forward to this side of him, and she wanted both of them would never get tired of showing affection towards each other.

"The flowers here are really pretty, I want to have them all.."

"My Yerim.. why'd you need a flower when you're the flower itself for me? You're already pretty in my eyes."

Yerim rolled her eyes playfully after she got a compliment from Jungwon, her fingers kept stroking Jungwon's hair which was already long, she liked it when he tied his hair because she somehow loved a man with long hair above shoulder.

Jungwon also plays with Yerim's hair while lying down on her lap as it has become his habit since the first day they're dating. Her hair color remains the same, cinnamon brown that's become his favorite.

"Why'd you like playing with my hair? You touch it every day, Jungwon."

"Because I love brown hair," replied him simply.

"So you like every girl that has brown hair? Ah, it's that why you and Rachel-"

"Yerim, I loved your brown hair because it's YOUR hair. If someone else has brown hair, there's nothing special to me because they're not you."

"And about Rachel, her hair is not brown. She colored it because her crush said brown hair looks better on her."

"Now you get it why do I love your hair?"

Yerim nodded slowly as she couldn't say anything because Jungwon's words got her overwhelmed. She tried to hide her smile but Jungwon already knew that she blushing by looking at her red ears.

"Jungwon ah, would love me like forever? Even when I'm no longer pretty and cute in your eyes, got wrinkles on my face and all around my body, the scars-"

Jungwon got up to sit and put his finger on her lips to stop her from talking, he saw Yerim was worried when she was thinking about it always and he couldn't stand her being insecure toward herself.

"I want you to mark my words, Moon Yerim. I'll love you forever no matter if you think you aren't pretty anymore, I don't care about your appearance at all because I love you as yourself, and you are enough for me already."

"Someday, I'll grow older too just like you. Both of us will slowly lose our prettiness and that's okay as long as our feelings remain the same. I've promised you and I want to keep and cherish you forever beside me."

Yerim is silent as she feels like her tears are about to flow down to her cheek, hearing the words from the man she loves that sounds really sincere to her. Jungwon cupped her face to only look at him.

He slowly leaned in and captured her lips in a tender, they gave each other a passionate kiss as her heart overflowed with emotion. At that moment, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the promise of forever, she felt a deep sense of peace wash over her.

Time seemed to stand still as they melted into each other's embrace, the world around them fading into insignificance. In that perfect moment, amidst the blooming flowers and the soft whisper of the wind, they knew that their love was eternal, destined to bloom like the flowers that surrounded them.
