24 - ☆: her lies.

Yerim came to school like usual tomorrow morning, and when she arrived at her class. She found someone put a Jelly again on her table. But this time that person left a note on it.

"Hope your day is beautiful today like how beautiful you are," muttered Yerim read those notes.

"Wondering when this person going to reveal themselves?" asked her to herself. While she keeps staring into that note, Minji standing beside her while reading those notes too.

"Oh! that's scaring me, Minji." Yerim was shocked when Minji came out of nowhere without her realizing. Minji laughed when seeing how surprised Yerim was.

"Seems like someone got an anonymous note from someone~," said Minji to tease Yerim. "Slow it down, Minji. Someone might hear you." Yerim tells her to lower her voice because she doesn't want people to spread anything about her.

"Why? Isn't it a good thing when someone likes you? Who could it be hm?"

Minji still keeps going to tease Yerim even though she told her to be quiet about it. While both of them playing around, Jungwon just arrived and saw Yerim laughing with Minji. Yerim quickly stopped herself as soon as she saw Jungwon.

"Hi, Jungwon!" approached Minji, and Jungwon also did the same. However, Yerim didn't say hi to Jungwon even though he just sent her home yesterday. By the look on Jungwon's face, it is as cold as the Arctic Pole, she doubts to say anything to him at school.

'What if he is only kind to me when we're outside school, and he doesn't want people seeing us talking together in school?' this was in Yerim thought when she saw Jungwon.

A time passed, and the school session ended. Minji excuses herself to go first since she has something to do. Yerim just nodded and purposely put her stuff into the bag slowly because she had something to talk about with Jungwon, but she waited until everyone came out from the class.

Little did she know, Jungwon also purposely put his stuff into his bag slowly to talk with her. As everyone already come out of the classroom, Yerim walked closer to Jungwon and pulled a bit of Jungwon's sleeves of his uniform as she felt awkward to call his name.

Jungwon turned his head to look at her, he was almost this close to breaking his character in front of Yerim because what she did just now was just too cute for him like she was so small beside him.

"Why?" asked him simply.

"I can't come to your house today."

"What do you mean? You can't just skip like that."

His face turned serious after what Yerim told him, he was so excited to see her today in his house but then she suddenly wanted to cancel the tutor session.

"It's not like that, I have a club session today. I also can't skip this one as it holds my point to go into university," explains Yerim to prevent him from getting mad at her.

Jungwon was silent because he had forgotten the whole thing about her club, the fact that she still would meet Jay even though he already kept her close to him.

"I hope you understand, and I'm not bothering Jay. He's the club leader, so of course he'll teach me about music." continues her before Jungwon accuses her like the other day.

"Can you just quit Music Club?"

All of a sudden that comes out from Jungwon's mouth as he can't think straight out of his jealousy. Yerim looked at him in confusion as she didn't get it why he acting like this. "Huh?" is the only word she can say at the moment.

"If you join Taekwondo club again this time-"

"I don't want to, I'm sorry, Jungwon. But I never liked Taekwondo, actually, the teacher was the one who forced me to join. I'm into music, and I want to learn more about it."

Yerim lied as she didn't want Jungwon to convince her to join the Taekwondo club again. It's already enough to traumatize her, she tends to avoid everything that ever makes her hurt. Her past makes her always run from her problem as her way to forget her pain.
