The whole rest of the day Tomioka spent alone wandering around his estate reading the short and brash apology letter. He stepped outside back to his porch and as just as he walked to the door to go back inside. His Kasugai crow... Kanzaburo flocked to the poach boards.
Crow: "Caw! Caw! Water Hashira requested at the Serpent Hashiras estate! Caw!"
Tomioka was initially confused. His crow was much older than others...it worried him at it could've been given a message and said it wrong...
Tomioka: "hm...thank you..."
He said, nodding and waking back inside.
Tomioka: "why would Iguro want to see me...? Does he want to apologize face to face...or maybe my crow misremembered what it was told...?"
Tomioka mumbled to himself as he continued to reread the letter and walk up to his bedroom. Where he changes back into his standard Hashira uniform...as well as his mismatched haori and his nichirin sword around his waist.

Tomioka walked swiftly to his destination...the Serpent Hashira's estate, Iguro Obanai's estate...

Tomioka: "Why am I nervous about this...? I'm not interested in him romantically, in the thought of being a hashira his very admirable...wait why would I think romantically in trouble first place...?"
Tomioka scolded himself for the first thing he thought was romantic. As he mumbled to himself again.
Tomioka: "Iguro is an amazing hashira...but even after he's apologized to me...I highly doubt he likes me all that much..."
Tomioka continued to think out loud. Before he finally arrived at Iguro Obanai, the Serpent Hashira's estate.
