Tomioka was extremely worried, he didn't want Iguro to be I'll and may harm himself if he stayed out.

Tomioka: "your face is all red and your nose is bleeding, you can't possibly be alright! I can take you back to my estate. It's near, I won't let you travel like this!"
Tomioka: "I'll carry you, it'll be fine."
Tomioka reassured the blushing intensely Serpent Hashira. Iguro felt like passing out, and felt lightheaded because of the blood rushing to his face.
Iguro stayed quiet as he was a hot mess while Tomioka easily picked him up. Holding Iguro in a bridal style, standing tall as he walked.
Iguro: *"wow.... Tomioka's so strong...and hot...he smells great."*
He thought as the only thing in his mind was Tomioka, thinking about how hot he thought Tomioka was.

They quickly arrived to the Water Hashira estate. Tomioka Giyu's home. He opened the doors to a large yet plain house. He quickly brought Iguro to the futon and laid him down.
Tomioka was still quite worried about Iguro. Not wanting him to be "sick" to the point of his nose bleeding.
Tomioka: "I'll be right back, I'll grab a washcloth and medicine for you..."

Iguro laid there, still in the state of shock and embarrassment. Blushing as he daydreamt about Tomioka.
Tomioka brought the damp washcloth to Iguro's face. Wiping away his nosebleed.
Tomioka: "what even caused this...?"
He mumbled while helping Iguro. He finished cleaning all the blood of his face. But Iguro's face was still red, and he was slightly unresponsive.
Tomioka: "Iguro...? Are you alright? You're face is still red.."
Iguro: "I'm fine, don't worry about me-..."
He replied in a woozy and wobbly voice. I guess swooning over how attractive he found Tomioka in this state.
Tomioka felt genuinely worried, and had brought his face closer to Iguro's to see if his eyes were dilated or if something was wrong with his face...but Iguro took it the wrong way...and in his delusion, thought Tomioka was trying to kiss him...
Iguro scoffed and blushed like crazy...and Tomioka immediately got worried.
Tomioka: "oh shit....I'm- are you really ok!? Should I call Kocho?"
Iguro: "n-no it's fine, really"
