"I cant tell if he looks healthy or not" Hunk said as they all wait for the sleeping pod that Lance was in to open. It had been 24 hours since the fight, and Lance was still recovering. Azura still felt guilty that she couldn't save him. "I think he's breathing weird" Pidge added "Oh come on!" Keith was frustrated to say the least as he tried to tap on the pod but Allura stops him.

"Not yet! Just a few more ticks" Allura said "How much better do you think he's going to be in a few more ticks?" Hunk asked "And what exactly is a tick?" Pidge added. "You know, a time-slice" Azura replied. "You mean a second?" Pidge asked.

"What's a....second?" Allura asked and Pidge takes out a clock to show the two other princesses "Like this" Pidge said "I'm not sure, I think ticks are bigger. Coran do you have a ticker?" The first princess asked as they all turn their attention to Coran.

"Right here Princess" Coran said as he pulled out the ticker. "I think ticks are slower" Hunk said "I'm cant tell. We have to start them at the same time" Pidge said as Pidge stopped the clock and Coran stopped the ticker. "Okay. Ready, go!" Coran announced and both counters start together. The group huddles up as they watch. "Yes! I think we're winning." Hunk exclaimed "Winning what? The intergalactic time-measuring competition?" Keith sarcastically asked "Yes"

"You guys having a clock party?" Lance asked making them all look behind them "Aw, Lance, you just ruined- Wait, Lance!" Hunk immediately wrapped his arm's around Lance. "Good to see back" Azura smiled "What happened?" Lance asked "We can tell you something while you get something to eat. Are you able to walk?" Azura asked "Talking? Eating? Are you asking me out on a date" Lance smirked while Azura gave him a unpleased look.

"Never mind" She sighs "Yep. There he is" Pidge said "Yep. He's okay" Shiro added "Classic" Keith added as well.

They all share a laugh before heading down to the dining hall where Lance was eating food goo with the mice, as Allura explained what happened the day before.

"We'd be Sendak's prisoner right now, if not for Pidge" Allura said "Well, you wouldn't have survived the explosion if Hunk and Coran hadn't gotten a new crystal" Pidge added "Wow, thanks everybody. Sounds like the mice did more than you though." Lance looked at Keith "I punched Sendak!" Keith said "Yeah, apparently after I emerged from a coma and shot his arm off." Lance teased.

"We had a bonding moment. I cradled you in my arms!" Keith's voice was filled with un belief. "Nope. Don't remember it, didn't happen. So what happened to Sendak?" Lance changed the subject.

"He's frozen in a cyro-pod. Were keeping him here in the castle" Allura replied "Are you sure that's a good idea?" Lance was skeptical "He's too dangerous to be set free. Besides, we might be able to get some information about Zarkon from him." Allura said "So what's the plan now?" Lance asked again. "We go back to the Balmera and save Shay and her people!" Hunk cut in

"Wow! You are really hung up on this lady"

"Indeed" "No, it's not like that. Look, guys, when you see how Zarkon has treated these people and destroyed their home-They've been under his thumb for so long, they don't even know what it is to be free. It's up to us to set this right. This is what being a Paladin of Voltron is all about. It's time to man up." Hunk said and from the corner of Azura's eyes she saw Pidge frown.

"Then it's time to get moving. Time to go save the universe" Shiro said and they all start to had out of the Dining Hall but Pidge stops them. "Wait, I have something to say first. I need to come clean and... I'm afraid this may change the way you all think about me. Just so there are no secrets between us anymore, I can't "man up". ... I'm a girl." Pidge confesses as her eyes averted to the ground while Lance's jaw dropped.
