Paladins 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 // Keith Kogane x Fem reader.

Greening the Cube

The Paladins of Voltron were outside of the castle of lions. "Let's hurry up with these repairs. Zarkon could be here at any moment" Shiro said as Hunk turned the panel and it rose "Okay, panel's off. Now what?" Hunk asked. 

"Very simple. Just loosen the blaxums on the somoflange" Coran explained. Hunk stared at the controls on top of the panel. The words were in Altean "Could you be more specific?" Hunk asked. 

"Sorry Hunk, he means the poklones on the agroclams." Allura replied. Hunk stared at the controls for a second "Nope, that doesn't help" He stated before Lance pushed him away "Easy, Hunk. I got this" He said with a smirk. Lance began pressing random buttons and switched a nob. Suddenly, the alarms blared and the blue light became red. 

"Uh-oh. That can't be good" Lance muttered. The lights inside the ship alarmed " No, not the smalters, the poklones!" Allura shouted "No, no! it's the blaxums!" Coran shouted. 

"What are you guys talking about?" Keith asked as Pidge began to look at the panel and quickly fixed it. "There. Fixed" She said as the red lights disappeared. "Well done, Pidge" Allura says. 

"The tech on this ship never ceases to amaze me. It's so mathematically elegant. Its fit is a 100 times more frictionless than any exoskeleton we have on Earth. It's beautiful." Pidge said in awe. 

"It's not a sunset Pidge" Lance said unamused "You're right. A billion sunsets just happen every day. Some genius engineer actually built this" She said as she made the panel descend back into the castle "Kinda looks like a big delicious curly fry-" Hunk cut himself off when something hit him. "What the...?" He said they all looked to the right to see a the castle fly towards a bunch of small circular things. "Alright, were prepared for this" Shiro said as he ascended his shield. 

"Remember your rogue projectile cluster training from the Garrison. First, we need a temporary shelter." He said as Keith ascended his shield  as well. "Oh hey- What the" Shiro said as one of the circle stuff hit his head as Azura portaled to them

"Oh, sorry Shiro. I was trying to hit Keith" Lance said when suddenly he got hit and let out a growl as Keith chuckled "Like that?" Keith smirked as Azura gave a amused look. 

"Damn that was hot" She said to herself. "Yes! squishy asteroid fight!" Hunk yelled as he floated in the air with two of the asteroid's in each of his hand. The boy's all smirked as they threw asteroids at each other. Lance was behind Hunk "All right guys" Shiro said but he suddenly got hit in the face "Oh, oh! Okay, now it's one!" 

Azura was with Pidge,  who was looking at the small asteroids "Hmmm.." She hummed "I don't think these are asteroids" Pidge said while Lance used Hunk as a shield but was hit "Oh, come on!" Lance exclaimed. 

Pidge grabbed the 'asteroid' "Coran, I'm gonna need a containment unit" 

"Just a tick" Coran said before a yelp was heard from Azura who got hit with the asteroid "Sorry, Azura" Lance chuckled. Azura wiped the goo from her helmet and smirked before throwing one towards Lance who got hit in the shoulder. 

"They appear to be some sort of hyper-resilient spore." Allura said as she looked at her screen. This bio-luminescent pulsing doesn't seem natural. It appears programmed." She said as she grabbed the containment aid and placed the 'asteroid' inside it. 

"A code? From who?" Just as Hunk asked he got hit in the face by Azura who was behind Shiro and Keith. 

"I don't know. I mean it makes no sense, you cant program a spore" She said "If anyone can figure it out it's you, Pidge" Shiro said before getting hit in the face, making his head fly back. 

"Yeah" Azura got cut off when Keith hit her again this time, in the face. "Before that, everyone needs to come in for decontamination" Allura said through the intercom. 

The paladins all stood inside a small metal room, with goo all over them. A few moments later later poured from above them. Shiro, Azura, and Lance were wiping their suits, Pidge was yelling, Hunk had his mouth open and was looking at the water -even though he still had his helmet- and Keith just stood there. Another few minutes the room began to fill with soapy water.

Shiro was cleaning himself, Keith continued to just stand as water hit him, Hunk was smiling laughing, Lance, Pidge and Azura we're sliding around the room.

The soapy water was changed into clean water that filled the room. They we're all floating around, Keith still had his arms crossed as Azura held onto his shoulders from behind, trying not to float away. After another few minutes the water was drained and they all stood there as strong filled the room to dry them. Hunk stood still as Lance held onto him for support. Shiro had hit helmet off, enjoying the air in his hair. Keith still had his arms crossed as Azura held onto him. Pidge, got knocked to the ground. 

Soon they exited the metal room. 

Keith was in his room, holding a small dagger. He was just looking at it.  He didn't notice his girlfriend portal into the room until she spoke "A blade of marmora blade?" Keith's head shot up as he looked at her. Her eyes fixed on the blade before she looked at him. "Why do you have that?" Keith was silent "Keith, you can trust me" Keith sighed before telling her everything. Azura was in shock by the time he finished. "Say it. Say you hate me" Keith said as he looked at her who was sitting on the floor. "I don't hate you Keith, I still love you-"

 The door to his room let out a deep. He quickly shoved the knife under the bed as the door opened to reveal Coran. "Keith, did you happen to see a mouse come through here? He has something of mine"
