Crystal Venom

The sound of metal  together filled the training room as Azura collided her spear with the 'advanced' robot. Azura was the first to pull away before kicking the robot in the chest, and it fell down before shutting off and descending back down the floor. Just then, the door behind her slid open "Princess, why are you here? You're suppose to be in bed resting" Azura turned around to see the orange haired Altean.

"Coran," She greeted  "Why are you here? You're suppose to be in bed" Coran repeated "I already took a rest, I'm not that tired." Azura answered "You and your sister are so much alike. But you're speaking nonsense. You used a lot of your power on the rejuvenation. Come now. You're sister's already in bed" Azura sighed in defeat, she was a little tired. "Is it okay if I go to the library? I'm more calmer there" Azura suggested "Of course," Coran smiled at the youngest and lead the way out of the training room. 

Azura smiled at the Old Altean. He took care of them even before the war started, and after waking up. Yes, Coran might be a goofball but he takes care of his loved ones. She finally descended her staff into a small metal scrap and made it disappear, before following Coran out of the training ground. As she turned a corner she bumped into Keith. 

"Quiznak. Sorry Keith, I wasn't looking where I was going" Azura apologized "It's alright." Keith paused and scanned her body. "Why are you in your suit. Surely you don't sleep in the training ground" Azura chuckled "I just wanted to train a bit more" 

"After the Balmera? No way. Both you and Allura drained a lot of energy for that rejuvenation. You need rest." Keith said in a serious tone that made Azura smile "Aw, would you look at that. The emo kid cares" She joked before standing on her tippy-toes and giving him a quick peck on the cheek and walked away before she was stopped. "Where are you going? The rooms are that way" Keith asked "I'm heading to the library" She said before continuing to walk away. 

When she finally entered, she was greeted by the smell of of paper, book shelves that was around a 5 story tall. Small tables around the corner, and a circular couch in the middle. This was her and her grandmothers happy place, reading about other planets, different cultures, and so much more, until a six foot stack of books were to be formed. The walls were ash grey, and the floors were dark oak wood, behind a shelf would be the stairs that led to the next floor. This place, this place was the only different place from the rest of the castle. 

 She also loved to sleep here, it was peaceful. 

Azura smiled as she looked around while walking as she dragged her fingers over the shelf. Going to the creatures and bonds section, she picked out a crimson red book that had the words 'Fire creatures' imprinted on the sides. Azura took the book out of the shelve before blowing on it as dust was blown away from the surface of the book. 

Azura  sat onto the big couch, propping her feet up and getting comfortable. Opening the book as she started to read. An hour in reading, a total of ten books were staked together on the side of the couch. Suddenly, a loud thud was heard from behind the couch, startling the princess. 

She turned around to see a book on the floor, wide open. She got off the couch and walked towards the book, grabbing it and flipping it to read the side. "Power? But that shelf is from the 5th floor...how did it fall down  here?" Azura asked herself before looking up. No one, not one spirit was there other than her. Suddenly, a book from the 4th floor glowed a dark purple before 'falling' of and hitting the ground hard in front of her. "What the..." Her words were trailed of when more books fell, circling her. 

Just then, all the books that fell, all floated and opened, frantically flipping through the pages. Azura watched in fear and confusion. All the books suddenly stilled. Azura scanned a book that made her gasp. It was a picture of her. Floating. A bright golden glow surrounded her body. She looked like she was being possessed, the words below it read 'Ancient' . She looked at the other book, it was her and her wolf, in fighting stance.
