Elina was the first to wake up this time " what's wrong ? " , " nothing " , he got up and walked to her.

" are you worried? About Elia? " , " you can say so " , " you ha..." , " I know but I can hear them , I can hear everyone's thoughts ".

" everyone? " , " yes open the door Carl is outside " , " what? " He walked to the door and opened it Carl ran in and hugged her legs.

" you said you won't leave me " , " Carl how did you get here? Why are you up? " , " I told him where I was , he woke up crying " , " when? " , " before you got up" she picked up Carl.

" how can you speak to Carl? " , " I told you Carl called out to me first in the forest,  he did the same this morning " , Ceasar looked at Carl but he buried himself on her neck.

" you're an Alpha and you know it " , " Grandpa said not to tell anyone " , " so I am anyone? " , " stop shouting you'll get others attention,  you guys should go before everyone wakes up ".

" today you'll only be doing strength and team work so they know where to place you.

" I repeat don't listen to those voices you hear , go in full as you , they will be jealous so they will be mean but don't let them get to you and lastly don't lose your cool rather walk away or you'll be sent home " , " got it " he kissed her forehead.

" , " no " , " good because you can't have blood today , you need your strength " she nodded.

He hugged her , Elina was indeed craving but she needed to unlearn that , she closed her eyes taking in his scent.

Ceasar walked off as she got ready for the day.

They were all given tights , shirts and sports bra , the man were given shorts and vests.

She got dressed covered herself up with a windbreaker.

All the girls had the short tights and bras,  she and Denise were the only one wearing long tights , but Denise wore a bra only on top.

Unbothered Elina walked out to the training grounds.

" I bet she's fat and has body rolls " , " something must be off about her body " , " is she insecure about her body? " , " she's always looking for attention " everyone talked amongst themselves.

Elina just walked to Denise and Timothy and stood silently , one of the Alpha's came to them " I am Erold , nice to meet you Elina " , " uhmm sure " , he chuckled, " I am Luca's younger brother , you saved my niece yesterday thank you " , " not a problem " he just nodded and walked off.

" you need to work on your communication " , " C'mon Dee that was soo much better than how she'd usual answer " , " you're right it's better than the death stare ".

" right okay guys now that we're all here , let's start with the ladies,  2 laps around the area use your speed , lap 3 and 4 your wolf speed okay I'll be timing you so don't push yourself,  I don't want to misplace you during your training.

Get ready I'll call out 5 at a time , guys you go on the other side you'll be doing the same ".

The instructor called out people at a time , Timothy had just done his laps " so what's with your girl? " one of the Alpha's asked him , " she's a friend and what do you mean? " , " it's hot as fuck outside why does she have a windbreaker on? Does she have scars or worse is she fat? " Timothy chuckled.

Elina was called up " yooo Eli " she turned looking at him , " lose the jacket don't want you sweating up " , she nodded.

She walked to Denise and took of the jacket everyone gasped , Elia herself was surprised,  Elina had a figure a glass figure , she had abs showing , her body was beautiful and curved , the tights were sitting well on her toned body.

Timothy smirked " fat or scars huh ? " He said then walked off.

Elina stood still in her position the Alpha came to watch " Alpha " , " ow no no no don't mind me carry on , I just wanted to see our new young wolves " ,he sat down.

The others ran but Elina stood in place " why aren't you running? " , " can't I do something else ? " , " no you ne..." , " Elina why don't you want to run? " She looked at him.

" ow " he whispered to the instructor,  the instructor looked at her " run , with everything in you , run " she nodded and turned looking at the grounds.

" how many laps? " , " 5 " everyone was now watching.

Elina ran around those the grounds like it was nothing and finished all 5 laps " 45 seconds " there were whispering and gasps.

" all Alphas get in line " all male Alphas did as told , Elina was about to sit down " Elina " she turned looking at him.

" enchor them " there were gasps. She walked and stood behind  " you'll only run 5 seconds later , just one lap I want to see something " she nodded.

The gun went off the Alpha's started running,  Elina followed as told , but she finished first " 15 seconds , you've even beaten our young Alpha's score ".

Ceasar walked by " she beat me? " , " yes Alpha by 3 seconds " he walked to the grounds.

" we should check out our speed then " , he stood next to her.

" what are you doing? " , " scared? " She looked infront the craving coming back , she took deep breaths.

The gun went off and they started running, " 10 seconds , both of you wow " , " was in the mood for a run anyway " Ceasar voiced.

" so that's a tie " the instructor wrote down " good job Elina " the instructor praised.

" isn't she supposed to be the weak one? Wasn't she sick ? How can she outrun Alpha's? " the whispering started again.

She closed her eyes clenching her fist the thirst getting to her , " Elina " the Alpha called out , she looked his way.

" focus " he murmed to her , she nodded , Ceasar looked at her " thirsty? " , she nodded he handed her water , she gulped the whole bottle and moved away from him.

" right let's see strength " the instructors shouted again.
