7 years later

Elina still hadn't come back , Ceasar had become a drunkard.

Carl moved into the main house living with the Luna and Alpha.

Peter had Denise they were taking care of they little girl.

Timothy was searching for Elina everywhere.

Aiden opted to stay at the pack , everyone else went home but they were all grateful that Elina saved them.

Unlike before people now talked about Elina and her sacrifice,  many prayed she came back alive.

The North and East had combined packs , Collins arrived at the pack from his home.

" finally here " , " it must've been a long ride " , " you can say that again , where's my grandson? " , " you know Carl and school " they walked in.

" what was so urgent? " , " the elders want to talk to us , they've been in there since last night " , " what is so urgent? " , they walked into the meeting room.

Greeting everyone they sat down , one of the elders stood up " we apologize Alpha's for being too pushy but we are concerned " , " yes tell us what is so urgent " Steffan voiced.

" our Luna disappeared long ago , our young Alpha is fading away , the pack will be left with no heir.

Carl is a beautiful child but he isn't the Alpha and Luna's birth child.

Here our worries and get the young Alpha married to Elia , let her bare a child of his seed ".

" how dare you? Elina has not died and you want her husband to marry another ? That alone her sister? " Steffan shouted.

" how sure are you that she's not dead? If not , was she not the one who disappeared with her second mate? What if she choose him ? " , " insolence! " .

The lady was on her knees " my apologies I have crossed the line,  but hear our worries , the pack needs an heir we're not getting any younger " they all bowed and walked out.

Steffan was fuming , Ceasar walked in drunk as hell laughing " you're laughing? " , " why are you so angry? Was it not you that let Elina go with her mate? What did the old woman say wrong?.

Did Elina not leave me? For her mate? With my children? They say they need an heir.

Did Elina give birth? Or did they all pass ? You let them leave me ! So you watch as I marry another for the sake of your pack because you let them leave! You let her leave me! " Ceasar shouted hitting his heart.

Peter walked in picking him up " get the wedding preparations done , let me get married tomorrow,  it is our anniversary , let me marry that evil girl and let her bare my children because you and Elina broke me.

You destroyed me , look at me ! Look at me father , you destroyed me! " Peter dragged him out.

Steffan slowly sat back down holding onto his heart , Collins noticed and called the doctor.

Ever since Ceasar started drinking, he's been having this heart pains.

" Steff just give him sometime " , " how long? It's been 7 years , he barely sleeps , takes naps or eat.

He has lost so much weight , my son , no that person is no son of mine , my Ceasar would never look so awful.

He's right , I let Elina go " , " you had no choice " , " I did and I choose to let her go " Cyrus walked in.

" Alpha , the young one demanded that we prepare for his wedding,  whoever isn't helping is being punished " Steffan sighed.

" just do as he says " , " Alpha " , " it is his decision " Steffan turned looking away " yea Alpha " for the first time in years Cyrus bowed to Steffan then walked out.
