" Darrius is this true? " , " that rude child doesn't deserve a place next to the Alpha " , " who are you to decide who can be next to me? ".

" Azir calm down " , " you dare call my Mate ' that rude child ' whilst you want to marry me to that evil Elia " , " Elia is a respectful ch..." , " why were you in her pack? Why were you visiting only Elia? " Steffan asked getting out of his seat.

" I met the young princess and she saved me " Steffan chuckled,  " Elder Darrius you are with immediate effect taken down from your position until the investigations are done.

You are to be taken straight to the investigation premises from here".

The Alpha stood in the middle " and all those who have spoken to Elia will be investigated too.

You better be honest because,  I will be the one investigating this matter myself " he turned and walked out.

Warriors walked in " Elder Darrius this way " , he didn't get up ,  they picked him up and when he struggled they hit him on his head and he passed out.

" any volunteers? It will be easy if you just go now " Ceasar voiced.

Two other elders stood up and walked out with the warriors.

Ceasar looked at his mom and she pointed to one of the elders " Murray do you need help coming down " the man was taken by surprise but he got up , giving the Luna a stare.

" adding to your crimes is the threat you just made to the Luna " Ceasar voiced.

The Luna walked down , " Son " , " yes mother " , " I can't read her , but she can read me " , " who? " , " your mate , the only person who couldn't read me was her mother , whatever her mother was she is " , the other elders got up and walked out.

" what does that mean? " , " her mother was no normal wolf " , " what was she? " , " only her mate will know " she walked off.

Ceasar stood there thinking,  Peter walked in , " did I miss anything? " , " uhmm just found some spies in the pack , could you go fetch Elia " , " sure " he walked out.

Peter found Elia and walked her to the meeting room , and sat her down , " tell me what is it you want " , " that's simple,  you " , " why ? " , " if I have you I don't have to prove to people I am the strongest or the Alpha female ".

" you want me to prove a point? " , " I like things I can't have " , Elina walked in " why are you questioning her? , she has done nothing wrong " , " Eli s.." , " let her go " Ceasar sighed " you can go " Elia stood up and walked out.

" Eli tell me what's happening " , " I can't they can read your minds but not mine , all you need to know Eli is a distraction and so are the Elders but don't stop the investigation let them think you've fallen into they trap " she looked at Peter.

" take care of your father he doesn't have much time he's the first victim " she walked out , Peter followed walking home but Ceasar held his hand.

" close it " , " what? " , " your thoughts close them you're very anxious I can sense you close them " , he calmed himself down and closed his eyes.

" I'll go check on dad you go check the pack " Ceasar nodded and walked off.

Timothy has been watching Scott , Elina sat down " don't you find it weird that Scott and Elia are close? " , " what are you jealous? " , " no he's been stalking Eli the whole day " , " I know " , " is everything okay? ".

" mhhh " Elina answered , " I don't understand why you protect her , when all she does is trouble you " , " I have made promises to protect her ".

" to who your father? Lucia? Eli y..." , " from my mother " Denise kept quiet, " let's just hope Elia doesn't go far , because we don't want to lose you " Timothy voiced and got up and left.

" Eli are you still mad at Ceasar? " , " I was never mad at him , is Peter treating you well? " , " then why are you giving him the cold shoulder? " , " you don't have to do what you're doing,  I can sense Ceasar even if he's not around me , I know he's behind me " , " I am sorry " Elina got up.

" don't let it happen again , live well with Peter " she walked off , Scott was also following her.

" you've been following me the  whole day is there something I can help you with? " , " nothing you just triggered my interest " , Elina scoffed and continued walking away.

Scott stopped following her as he knew he was already caught.

Elina sat high up in the tree the same tree Steffan once sat at.

Ceasar joined her and they sat in silence,  he kept stealing glances at her , and she sighed " tell me " , " I am sorry " , " okay , I understand " she said getting off the tree " Eli " she yanked her hand away.

" I said I understand leave me for a while , I need to be by myself " , " no " , " you're pushing it " , " Elina , I said no " , she tried walking away but he pulled her back and she pushed him away.

" talk to me , hit me , get angry , do whatever you want but not that don't lock me out " , " Ceasar just leave me alone " , " I said no ! " , she turned attempting to walk away again but he pulled her back again pinning her to the tree.

" I said no " , his voice was dangerous,  Elina just closed her eyes " you hurt me , I am hurting and all I ask for is space from you because you hurt me " , her voice was low , for the first time he could sense emotion out of her.

He placed his forehead on hers both of them had they eyes closed " I feel betrayed by you , and when you were supposed to make me feel better you choose to tell me that I was first on your priority list.

It is my mistake I thought too highly of myself in your life " , he cupped her cheeks " Eli I am sorry , I was wrong , my Alpha senses reacted before I could.

Nothing I say can make up for what I did , but I truly am sorry.

This is all new to me , I haven't gotten the grasp of it all.

Ceasar groaned holding onto the tree for support , she pulled her fangs off him licking the blood of him.

Ceasar was shaking his eyes blood red , his body was warm , she cupped his face " mark me " without hesitation he did as asked.

Her body pinned to the tree as he let his fangs into her , she held onto him trying to keep herself balanced.
