"Are both the teams ready?", Jeonghan asked. "Yes we are", they shouted.
Haeun stood infront of her small pillow fort, Jihoon and Junhui standing beside her trying to protect their pillow fort. Seungcheol stood behind them ready to hit anyone who comes near the fort.
Infront of them stood Joshua, with his smirk. His hands tightly clutching the pillow. Soonyoung, Wonwoo and Yerin stood behind him trying to protect their tower of pillows.
"So, before the game starts. Let me tell you guys the rule. First, Try your best not to hurt anyone. We can get competitive a lot of times but this is just a game. Second, whosoever tower collapses first will be the loser and they have to clean up everything", Jeonghan said.
"Aish, I can't believe we are playing another game just to decide who cleans up everything", Jihoon said in disbelief.
All of them looked at him in disbelief, their hands coming down. "What? We are behaving childish", he said. "Jihoon-ah, you were the one who excitedly suggested to play this game", Soonyoung said.
He blushed, "L-Let's start the game", Jihoon said coming back to his original position as others did the same thing. Haeun and Joshua stared at each other, their competitive spirits arising.
"Okay so, are you guys ready?", Jeonghan asked again. "Yes, we are", they shouted again.
Jeonghan whistled indicating the game has started. Haeun and Junhui as per their strategy attacked Joshua's tower, while Yerin and Soonyoung attacked their's.
"Agrhhh!", Soonyoung shouted trying to reach their fort but the main wall was Seungcheol. Soonyoung tried pushing him but Seungcheol didn't even budge.
"Haeun, that's cheating. You can't keep Seungcheol here. We might never destroy your fort if he stands here like this", Soonyoung shouted trying his best to move Seungcheol.
"Time please", Haeun said who was fighting with Yerin. She turned to Soonyoung and smacked him with her pillow, "There was no such rule. Now play". Soonyoung glared at her before turning to Seungcheol.
Haeun turned to Yerin and continued their fight. Jeonghan looked at them cheering for Haeun's team. "Heaun, Seungcheol, Jihoon and Junhui you guys can do it. I don't want to clean this up, please", Jeonghan said. He wanted to play but was too tired. So, he decided to bet on a team which was Haeun's.
"We will be winning", Haeun said walking towards Joshua. She looked at Junhui who was keeping Wonwoo busy. Haeun smirked standing infront of Joshua. "You know, your tower is right behind you. If I push you, you will fall on the tower and we will win".
"Really?", Joshua asked raising his left eye brow. Haeun nodded. Joshua's eyes locked with Haeun's.
Haeun's heart raced as she held Joshua's gaze. His playful challenge had stirred something within her, a mix of competitiveness and curiosity. Their faces mere inches apart, she noticed the intensity in his eyes the way they crinkled at the corners when he smiled, the way they darkened when he was deep in thought.
“Really,” Joshua repeated, his voice low and husky. Haeun nodded confidently. She understood he was trying to use his charms on her win the game.
"Try to push me. I wouldn't even budge", he said leaning closer. The chaos of pillow fight faded into the background.
Haeun smirked leaning in, her lips brushing against his ear, "Challenge accepted", she whispered. She looked at Joshua who clearly taken a aback by her sudden behavior.
She took this chance and pushed him. All the eyes were on them right now.
"Nooo", Yerin and Wonwoo shouted.
