Sometimes, justice prevails after an innocent man's wrongful execution. Drumm's execution put me to tears. His life was wasted after the conviction. I loathe some corrupt and evil detectives who push innocent people into sham confessions and convict them just so they can close a case. How evil is that? Do you know what sucks? It happens in real life. As much as I want murderers, pedophiles and other offender's death punishment, a life for a life, but I believe the real judgment isn't in this life, it's afterlife. They are brutal animals who are supposed to be in a cage for the rest of their lives.
Another John Grisham book that I enjoyed reading (and more books by him to read). It was hard to put the book and stop reading so I could do stuff. 😅 I usually finish a book in two weeks the past few months but not this book. I finished it in five days. Gone are the days I could finish reading a book in two to three days. Life gets in the way and I love it. ☺️
