"All done." Max says.
"Okay, can you do something else for me?" I ask.
"Sure." Max says.
"I ordered some flowers from that store in downtown LA. Can you go pick them up and take them to Hailee?" I say.
"That it?" Max asks.
"Mhm. Give her this too." I say handing him an index card.
"Can I read it?" He asks.
"I guess." I say.
He reads it and smiles.
"What?" I ask.
"Nothing." He says.
"Tell me." I say.
"It's fine, it's nothing." He says.
"Did I say something wrong?" I ask.
"No, it's just really cute. I don't think I've ever heard you say something like this about or to anyone." He says.
"Well, I mean it." I say, smiling.
"You gotta marry her." He says.
"I know." I say.
He smiles and leaves.
Time Skip; Hailee's View
The door and Vincent walks in.
"Uh, some guy dropped these flowers off for you." Vincent says.
"Some guy?" I ask.
"Yeah." Vincent says handing me the bouquet of flowers.
"Why would 'some guy' bring me flowers?" I ask, grabbing the index card.
"I wanted to wish you luck on your first day of filming. Let's get dinner tonight so you can tell me all about it. I'm so proud of you and everything you've accomplished. You're so amazing, I wouldn't wanna call anyone else my girl." I read.
"Aww." I say, smiling.
"What does it say?" Naomi asks.
I hand the card to her and she reads.
"That is so sweet." Naomi says, smiling.
"I wanna see it." Vincent says.
Naomi hands the card to him and he reads it.
"Aw." Vincent says, smiling.
"I really believe I have the best girlfriend." I say, as he hands the card back.
