"Baby." Hailee says.

"Yes?" I ask.

Hailee doesn't say anything and I sigh.

"I hate when she does this." I mumble, getting up.

I walk over to the stairs and she comes running down. She slips forward and I catch her.

"Gotta be more careful." I say.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Hailee says.

"Guess what?!" Hailee asks.

"Chicken butt." I say.

"No... ew..." Hailee says.

"Just tell me." I say.

"I just got clearance to release my first album - April 19th." Hailee says.

"That's a terrible name for an album, I mean -" I say.

"That's the release date, you silly goose. The album is called lost love, named after the song we made together." She says.

"Please don't ever call me that again." I say.

"It's all thanks to you. There was so much hype around it, that they let me make it." She says.

"And to think you didn't wanna do R&B." I say.

She chuckles and I smile.

"Well, I'm happy for you. We gotta celebrate." I say.

"How?" She asks.

I take my wallet out for my pocket and take my card out.

"Book us a trip, anywhere you wanna go." I say.

"Seriously?" She asks.

"Yes." I say.

"You're the best." She says as she hugs me tightly.

I smile and she kisses me.

"So where are we going?" I ask

"So where are we going?" I ask.

"It's a surprise." Hailee says.

"Is that why I can't see the tickets I paid for?" I ask.

"Mhm." Hailee says.

"You do realize I'm gonna know before I get on that plane. So if you're tryna get me involved in some bullshit, I can back out." I say.

"It's somewhere I've always wanted to go." Hailee says.

"Why didn't you? Are you too broke to go by yourself?" I ask.

"No! I always told myself that I'd go here with the love of my life." Hailee says.

"Aww." I say.

Hailee smiles and kisses me.
