"Why are you doing this to me?" She writes.
Almost immediately the message is marked as seen.
"So the princess has woken up already?"
Sristi feels shivers down her spine.
Ash was the type of person who could go to any lengths. She was terrifying once she loses her mind.
And Sristi knew that very well.
"X mall, 6:00 PM."
"Meet me here tonight"
Two messages pop up.
Sristi gasps.
"Are you out of your mind!?"
"No. Infact, ever since I found you, I feel perfectly sane"
"What the fuck you are trying to do Ash? When will you leave me the fuck alone!?"
"Depends on how you behave."
"6:00 PM" She texts again.
"I'm not coming"
"Oh is it? Then would you like me to send the video to your dear husband?"
"DON'T YOU FUCKING TRY"
"Lol"
"Is the good girl act over already?"
"You said you deleted that video!! You said none of the videos have my face!!!"
"Well yes that's true. It was against our policy to show the faces of our actors but this video was the only exception. And while I thought I had it deleted, I found it again"
"Accidentally"
"I Don't believe you"
"Whether you do or not, I'll be waiting at X mall, 6 PM. Or else you know"
Sristi feels her hand shake.
Like a prey trapped by its hunter, Sristi felt completely trapped.
And she had no choice.
But to listen to her bestfriend.
As she walks out of the bathroom, she finds Ashish getting dressed.
"Oh you were in the bathroom? I was looking for you"
"Hey...I am sorry. My stomach's not keeping well so...But where are you going?"
"I have an important meeting up with my client today. They just called and asked for it. Sorry I know, you are sick today but its very urgent."
"No issues...I can manage."
"Yeah just tell Krishna Bhabhi if you need something, okay? Bye!!"
And just like that Ashish leaves.
But something else was going through Sristi's mind.
This is the perfect chance.
I can meet her now...
Sristi looks at the time
It was 12 noon.
She had exactly 6 hrs.
After having her lunch and convincing Krishna of her sickness, she explained how the doctor advised her to rest without any disturbance.
"The doctor asked me not to take any stress. And the medicines he gave me make me very sleepy so I would be going to sleep now. Hate to ask but please see that no one disturbs me today"
"Yeah yeah Maa already knows. I don't think anyone else will bother you today"
"Thanks"
As soon as Krishna leaves, Sristi gets up to lock the door.
