We get to Uriahs place and we see Mar watching the kids.
"Hey guys" she says
"Hey" we say
"How was your appointment?" She asks
"Well we're having another girl" I say
She stands up squealing.
"OMG that's amazing" she says
"Yeah. Where's Uriah?" Zeke asks
"Sleeping. As usual" she says
"Nothing has changed" He says
We all laugh.
"Well we have to go. I have to give them baths and rest" I say
"Okay. Congrats again you guys. So you want me to tell Uriah or do you want to tell the whole group together?" She asks
"You can tell him and Lynn. I have to let my parents know. You know we should go visit them" I say
"Yeah we should. Maybe drop off the twins. Have a little me and you time" Zeke says
"Ew" Mar says
"Not like that. Like a date and maybe like that too" He says and winks at me
I blush and Mar looks at us like we just did it right in front of her.
"Okay bye now" she says and we grab the kids and leave.
"Really?" I ask
"What? I I'm telling the truth" He says
"Well you don't have to be Hella candor all the time. I thought you were dauntless" I say
He gets close to my ear.
"I'm divergent remember" He whispers
"Yeah. But still" I say
We keep walking back to the apartment. The twins fell asleep in our arms.
We walk inside and put the twins down for a nap.
"I'm guess I will give them a bath later" I say
"Baby go to sleep. When they wake up I'll bathe them. You need to rest and so does my baby girl" He says and kneels down and lifts my shirt.
He kisses my stomach and whispers 'I love you'.
"You're such a marshmallow" I say
"I can't kiss my babies" He says
"We're not having twins" I say
"I know but 1 baby" He points to my stomach "2 baby" He says and pokes my nose then pecks me on the lips.
"You're such a nerd" i say
I start walking to the bedroom.
"I'm your nerd" He says
I laugh and take off my shoes, socks, and pants. After that I plop down on the bed. I pull the comforter over me and close my eyes.
I open my eyes and see Zeke talking to my belly.
"I love you baby. I love your mama too and your brother and sister. I think your mama is a little lame-" He says but I cut him off my slapping the back of his head
"Oh your awake. But it's true you are lame" He says
"At least I'm not a nerd. Did you give the kids a bath?" I say sleepily
"About that" He says and looks down
"What?" I ask
"The bath tub may or may not have over flowed with bubbles" he says
"You're such a child" I say playfully
"Nuh uh. He says and crosses his arms then pouts.
"Please just go to sleep" I whine
"Okay" he whispers and kisses my forehead.
I smile and use him as my pregnancy pillow. I close my eyes and listen to the sound of his heartbeat. Buh boom buh boom. I snuggle into him more.
"I love you so much that words can't even describe. I wouldn't want my life any different. I love the life we've built together. I would give my life if that was what made you happy. I love you sweetheart" Zeke whispers
My heart almost literally melts.
"I love you too babe" I whisper back
"Mmmooommyy!" I hear Victoria say from her room.
"Bruh. We're trying to have a moment here" Zeke says and I burst out laughing.
