Benito this time around decided to arrive at the red carpet early in hopes that it'll be less chaotic. They both agreed that Becky would not be walking alongside him. Benito wore all Gucci , it was a pair of white jeans with the logo and a white t shirt. He had these diamond chains and other accessories that cost a fortune. Some of his tattoos were visible and he had his curly hair out nicely styled.
Since it was quite early and not too bad he agreed to do one interview before walking into the arena. While Benito was already at the end of the carpet , Emilia was just entering at the start of it. The fans cheered and called her over. The singer walked over and decided to take some selfies with her fans.
Nicole smiled at her friend , she knew her fans meant the world to her but , they had to keep moving. An interviewer was waiting for Emilia.
" Hola como estas?" Emilia said greeted the interviewer
" Muy bien , te ves que espectacular Emilia!" The interview exclaimed.
" Gracias a Versace." Emilia said doing a little spin.
" cómo te sientes estar aquí nominada y con una presentación?"
" estoy súper agradecida y admito que estoy nerviosa. estaré interpretando mi nuevo sencillo." The singer said with a smile.
The interviewer said a few other things before they concluded the interview. They made it to the arena entrance and it was time for them to go in as the carpet was now getting crowded. Emilia and her team walked in and the room was somewhat crowded , no one was sitting yet.
" oh shit isn't that Raul." Nicole pointed out causing Emilia to freeze.
Standing in front of Raul his back facing the girls was none other than Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio. Since Emilia was frozen , Nicole just stood by her not knowing what was their plan. That was until Raul noticed them.
" Nicole? Emilia? Cuánto tiempo." He said walking towards them greeting them with a hug.
Raul was genuinely happy to see them , they were friends for so long. As Emilia and Raul pulled away Benito walked over to tell Raul something. Emilia was in awe by this man. His curls , his beard , he had tattoos now , and he was even taller. He looked beyond good. She was probably drooling by now.
" Benito." Emilia spoke up keeping her cool. Raul and Nicole had no clue how this was going to go.
Benito looked into her eyes after so many years of not seeing them. She as well has a few dainty tattoos and she looked different still beautiful of course.
" Perdón, un placer soy Benito." He said
In that moment her heart cracked a bit. He seriously was going to act like he didn't know her. Raul was taken back, he did not expect his best friend to do this. Emilia felt as if she couldn't speak but , she had to. As she was about to say something a girl walked over to them.
" Mi amor , we are seated over there come on." The girl said as she intertwined her hand with Benito's.
There Emilia's heart shattered. The love of her life had someone else.
With that Benito didn't say anything else he just walked away with his girlfriend as the show was soon to begin.
" Hope to talk soon." Was all Raul said before following his best friend.
Emilia had so many question that only Raul could possibly answer since Benito still wanted nothing to do with her.
" estas bien?" Nicole asked as the two walked to their seats.
Emilia just nodded.

Emilia was performing within the first hour of the show. So she wasn't sitting in the audience for long as she was already called to get ready for her performance.
She left her hair as it was and touched up on her makeup. Emilia changed into a black cropped tee that exposed a bit of under boob and her abs on full display. She wore a mini tennis skirt made out of leather along with some knee high boots. Once she was set they connected her in ears and her microphone. Then she walked over to her place on the stage. She was nervous yet excited, she could hear a female voice announcing her.
Benito was seated in between Raul and Becky. He was in shock he did not know she would be performing. Suddenly the wall blocking the stage lifted revealing Emilia as the crowd cheered the music began.
Emilia began singing the first verse it was a very cool vibe. She ended the first verse by shouting out her best friend.
" Colocada como la Nicki, esa es mi G-G-G" She sang and smiled as she pointed at her.
Suddenly the beat changed to a bit more up beat as Emilia began to dance

Raúl was already nodded his head to the beat as Benito sat there seriously watching her perform for the first time , Becky sat there with no interest at all completely unaware of it all.
Emilia began to rap as the beat went more uptempo "Lo que tengo de buena lo tengo de mala

In that moment Raul cheered and stood up beginning to dance as Nicole was doing the same a couple seats down. The beat changed after that and went back to the beginning. Emilia began to dance super sexy shaking her butt for the camera exposing her shorts under the skirt as the crowd cheered.
Eventually her performance ended and the crowd cheered even louder. Benito couldn't lie it was a great performance although he just sat there as Raul cheered and whistled. Benito knew she was capable of this all.
" I think Raul likes her." Becky said to Benito with a giggle. Benito just laughed.
If only she knew.

They were currently presenting the award for Mejor Nueva Artista Femenina in which Emilia is in.
" El premio es para ... Emilia!"
Emilia stood up in shock as Nicole hugged her. The girl then made her way to the stage super nervous as all eyes were on her including Benito who was front and center.
" Wow primero quiero decir muchas gracias a los premios Billboard y a los mejores fans del mundo." She began
" también quiero dar las gracias a mi equipo , a mis papás , a mi mejor amiga y manager Nicole , y a todos lo que creyeron en mí." Emilia stated firmly controlling her nerves. As she said that last part she made brief eye contact with Benito.
" esto es para ti Argentina y Puerto Rico. Los amo !" She exclaimed and walked off.
Everyone cheered including Raul as Benito simply clapped.
After that Benito was rushed back stage to change for his performance. Within minutes he was already on stage in position. By now Emilia was already back in her seat. The announcer introduced Benito as the wall lifted.
A couple of seats down Becky and Raul cheered as they stood up. The beat to Mojabi Ghost starting to play. Emilia watched as Becky began to dance and sing along. But , she then decided to focus on Benito and him only.
