The day had finally arrived, tonight was the award show. Emilia had no nominations but, she had her performance. She was excited but super nervous. She's never done anything like this before. Plus she would be sharing a huge secret with the world. Emilia had no clue as to how Benito would react but , she was ready to deal with whatever was coming next. Emilia did a quick work out routine with Nicole , they then had brunch together before the chaos would begin.
Emilia had several options laid out on the bed. She looked at them all as she was first getting her nails done. Highly likely she'd end up picking the black dress. The top part of it was like a strapless corset , see through , and the bottom half was satin black.
Once she was done with her nails right on cue her hair and makeup team walked in.
" let's get this party started !" They announced as she giggled.
This time around they were going for an up do , a sleek ponytail and the usual soft glam makeup. It was Emilia 's favorite. All of this took about a total of 3 hours. Once she was set , she had a moment to eat something super quick before heading to the red carpet.
As she ate she reminded Nicole to tell Raul that he made sure Benito watched the show tonight or only just her performance. She knew he could be a little impatient especially if he's busy.
" Yes he already knows , he's tired of me reminding him." Nicole giggled.
" ok." Emilia said getting a nervous feeling.

Emilia arrived at the carpet and only posed for photos. She avoided all interviews because she knew they would only ask about Benito. She just wanted her performance to speak for itself. The carpet was crowded and super loud. Maybe the loudest a crowd has been on a carpet by far. Not to mention that it was super hot out.
After pictures , they quickly made their way inside to find their seats. Emilia was nervous , she wanted everything to go well. But , she did not know how the audience would react and it was eating her alive.
" tranquila , it will be fine." Nicole said noticing her friend was a little uneasy.
Emilia just nodded as she took her seat and drank some water. She did not want to be dehydrated, especially after walking in that heat. The arena eventually began to get full. Once it was full the show began.
Meanwhile Benito was at home in Puerto Rico comfy in his pajamas. He was on his phone as Raul was pretending to go through channels. He knew what channel he wanted to click on. As he saw that Benito hadn't budged he clicked on it and it had already started. As soon as Benito heard the presenters he looked up.
" Ah los premios , yo ni se quien va a cantar." He shrugged.
" ni yo, pero vamos a ver." Raúl said as Benito nodded.
As they watched the show , Benito saw how he won quite a few awards. He could've gone but , he didn't want to. He's been in "hibernation" ever since everything happened.

Emilia was already dressed with her in ears in and microphone in hand, she was next. She was now nervous again. They motioned for her to take her position on stage as the presenter would announce her.
" y ahora cantando su nuevo sencillo " Contigo" Emilia!"
At home Benito looked up at the screen , Raul slightly smirked. Benito turned off his phone and was focused.
Emilia took a deep breath as the song began to play.
"De mi parte sigo recordando cuando tomaba tu mano." She sang into the microphone.
Suddenly pictures of Emilia and Benito began to appear on the screen. The crowd softly gasped everybody was in shock. Benito at home now sat up. As she continued to sing different pictures and videos would pop up.

Benito was in shock , he didn't have words. There were even some recent pictures that Emilia sneakily took. He enjoyed the rest of the performance as he didn't even blink.
Eventually the performance came to an end , Emilia smiled.
" Benito, no quiero vida si no es CONTIGO. Eres el amor de mi vida y te amo. Gracias !!" Emilia said into the microphone as she ran off.
The crowd was in shock , no one could move or talk. Benito was the same back at home.
" tú sabías ?" He asked Raúl.
" Yup , I knew about the performance and I've always known about her feelings." Raul confessed.
" it's all in your hands." He added.
