"This is the night that I will avenge my friends." Running across the hard earth of the place unknown to him, following the direction where his opponent flew, James eagerly motivated himself with the pain he kept inside for eight years. "For Isa, Al, Brother Tiago, and Sofia." He whispers, holding the scar on his chest.

Far behind the statue, hundreds of feet away, his eyes caught sight of a ruined structure, still smoking and filled with dust. The drizzle is starting to intensify, slightly washing the smoke off. James is affirmed. This was where Agustus crashlanded.

He is close to the plaza, and Agustus is almost in his sight, so he sprints towards it, preparing another attack.

"Agua Jet!"

However, before he could take a firm step, two silhouettes appeared and attacked him.

"Where do you think you're going?"

James pushed both his hands forth, creating a barrier of water in the air, but their attacks still managed to overthrow him backwards.

The one on the left is an oversized man holding an axe, a large upward pointing nose, and thick brows highlight his figure, not to mention that there is a long, purple accessory that hangs from his neck. All his skin is covered with thick fur, and his log-like legs almost rip his short, bottom clothing. The other one on the right is a man-like bird creature wielding a sword. His narrow eyes squinting at James, he hovers in the air for five seconds after the attack before landing on his indigo boots and black, long bottom clothing. James also noticed a belt that runs across his undressed torso down on a scabbard that clings to his waist, the same color as the boots that complemented the dark skin of the birdman.

Then, behind those two, another figure came in, an ordinary-looking human, "I don't see the relevance of this walk of ours. I need to wear my suit and slacks just to be looked at by an ignorant Atlantian."

"No one's asking your opinion, but you have a point." The birdman swings his sword. "But I only wear them for Father."

"Chimpa love Leo black suit!" The furry man claps his hands.

They began to walk forward, and as they approached the Atlantian, their appearances became more visible.

"Chimpa will crush you, Chimpa will beat you!"

"As a predator, I must pursue my prey with great accuracy."

"Mere Atlantian."

James stared at the eyes of each one of them. The big man is in anguish, dreadful but full of innocence. The winged man craves for the thirst for blood, a hint of excitement, and an overpowering envy. And the man in the middle, the one with the most intimidating aura, his soul is outstandingly calm and shady.

Unaffected by their heavy presence, James spun his trident and smashed it on the wet ground. "Three against one sounds unfair."

"I can't wait to slash his limbs apart." The winged man grinned, licking the blade of his sword.
