A few minutes earlier, Thor's fight...

"Tiger Claws..." Thor's opponent dashes left and right with its superb agility. "... Wild Rampage!" He slashed Thor with its sharp claws with great speed. However, even if it was giving its all power and speed on its attack, it cannot even give Thor a single scratch.

"Graaahhhh! Tiger Claws..."

The enemy bent down his knees, crossed his arms closed and aimed at Thor. "Wood Bark Mark!" He runs quickly than before and slashes Thor's chest. "Now, I'm sure that hits more accurately."

Thor stepped backwards as he took the almost perfect attack.

"Iron Press." He whispered. "You possess raw power, the technique as well. However, one's technique would lack as it is not his skill he is training for.

"Nice talk, less act." The man's attack did nothing but shred Thor's shirt, "What are you? Why are you as tough as steel?"

"No, I was born made up of flesh and bones but I was toughened by hundreds of fights I won and lost. The perfect conditions to hone a mighty savior."

The enemy lowered his stance and prepared another attack. "What's with your words? Are you Shakespeare's descendant or what? Tiger Claws: Low-sweep Hunting Slash!"

"I am no descendant of any man, but of the great warriors of my realm."

The man pounces and throws several slashes at his opponent. Down on the leg, abdomen, chest, and head, aiming for the vital parts but Thor dodges his slashes with ease.

"Thunder Smash!" Thor smashed his body down to the ground, causing him to be immobilized. Like a feather against a storm, his body drenched with defeat and pain, remains collapsed above the sandy soil.

"I am not... done... yet!" The man slowly pushed his torso up, his hands were trembling, and blood dripped from his lips. He looked Thor in the eye as he prepared to pounce once more.

"The eyes of beast... he is on fire, burning such ablaze that it burns the individual..." Thor remained composed as he bent down in his fighting stance. "He must have experienced defeat multiple times in the past, but fails to gather up the ultimate causes of his failure for his pride overshadows what he could have learned from them."

The man rushes towards Thor, swinging his claws once more, hoping one will make contact, "No, no, no!" He furiously exclaimed. "I am tired of losing! To Worst, To Fireleg! To each one of you!" Thor grabbed his arm and threw him away, but after his feet made contact, he struck once more. "Tigris Maxima!" His claw swings diagonally from above.

However, Thor blocked his forearm and pulled him down from his back, smashing his opponent above the rough ground, injuring the man's shoulder. "You will not succeed, mortal."

"I will because I can!" The man stood up once again, only his left arm was unharmed, and fiercely committed to slashing his opponent down. He moved his leg on a much weaker pace and tried to reach for Thor, only to miss.

"You will not succe-"

"Shut up!" He lowered down on all three limbs and conjured his remaining energy by dashing around his opponent at high speed before ultimately throwing himself towards Thor's back with another slash. "I will not listen to anyone again!"

Thor steps on his side before chopping his opponent's nape.

The man crashed into the sandy soil.

...

The other man behind the monitor at the laboratory watches his fight. His expression remains hidden in the shadow, covered by his black suit. "You're meant to lose, Ethan." The man slowly spins the swivel chair around. "Prove me wrong."
