"Oh great, they already gave me a concussion and now I'm seeing things." The tears welled up in my eyes. "This isn't real, this isn't real..." I muttered to myself, trying to convince myself. "You're not real."
But I wanted him to be real.
"Y/n?" Yoongi's voice called. But he was indeed real.
"Yoongi... This isn't real." I shook my head. "My concussion's making me see things. You're not real!" I cried out.
"Y/n! My pretty girl, I am real! I'm here!" He tried again, desperate to convince me that I was not imagining him standing in front of me.
I reached out to touch him, ignoring the twinge of pain in my arm from destroying my cast. I gasped when I felt his cheek and realized that he was real, and standing right in front of me. "Yoongi? Yoongi-! OH my god, you—you are real!" I threw my arms around him immediately, realizing he was still alive after all—seeing him was more important than acknowledging the pain in my arm. "But I thought... I thought you were dead!" I cried, so very confused now.
"Dead?!" He screamed dramatically. "Why on earth would you think that?"
I openly cried now as the tears leaked from my eyes and I replied, "Because Seokjin told me that you were dead; that they murdered you! He killed you! They lied to me! And the worst part is that I believed them! For the past week, I've thought you were dead!" I practically wailed as he held me in his arms. The arms of my boyfriend were real, and relievedly still alive after all.
"Shh, it's okay. I'm here, I'm real, and I'm alive. I'm not gone." He smiled with tears in his own eyes. "I'm here, my pretty girl."

I nodded into his chest, believing his soothing words. But as I slightly pulled away to calm myself down that was when I re-noticed the deep scar running down his right eye, and I felt myself cry all over again. "Oh my god, Yoongi, what have they done to you? You...your eye-!"
"I know...don't look, okay? I'll be fine, I promise. It's nothing I couldn't bear."
