I'm stuck in a suite, after being kidnapped, I'm watched by two children, when the kidnapper, Shawn, isn't around because he is a member of the cartel turned morally grey business men that own the hotel. Nick, a brown haired boy who tries to help me escape, and Carter a little blond boy who doesn't understand that we aren't playing a game where he has to catch me before I make it out of the hotel. The first 10-15 times I tried to escape I would run straight for the elevator and consistently get caught by Carter, hiding close to the elevator only lengthened the time it took to find me. Eventually I found the door to the stairs, completely by accident because none of the doors have labels, my theory was that the different colors meant different rooms because all of the suite doors were black and the janitorial closets and other supply closet were a dark grey.
Once I found the stairs I ran down two flights before slipping into a random room, which turned out it was a reading room. Looking around the room, I noticed that two of the shelves have intricate arrows integrated into the designs carved into the wood. On one side of the room was an up arrow and on the other side was a down. I went for the down arrow, and found a small button hidden in more of the carvings. As soon as I hit the button the shelf breaks apart and slides in a foot before sliding behind the other shelves, I run inside before freezing when I see a bunch of men talking and drinking. I know I look terrified, what's strange is that none of the men look surprised by my fearful expression, one of them pipes up with a smirk, "you're looking for the other door Hun, go on a new round is starting soon." Nodding dumbly, I back out of the room and whisper an apology for interrupting them. Going to the other side, I hear the door to the stairs open and slip behind the other door quickly. Taking a second to breathe a yelp is startled out of me when a dark haired guy with a long stubble beard, hands me a retractable knife and grins, "first time, yeah? Stay close and you'll be fine." After that he grabs my wrist and pulls me down the stairs to the left where his group starts. To the right of the stairs is a stadium tunnel, where the other team will come out. Once we a couple steps from the bottom of the stairs we hunker down and he smiles at me, "are you ready?" Looking up the stairs, and seeing that no one has come in after me I let myself relax slightly and look back to him with a small smirk and nod, speaking softly, "Yeah, I'm ready." Suddenly a bell rings, and people start coming down the tunnel, the guy who gave me the knife, pulls out a second one and stabs the first person who comes out, then looks at me, "what are you waiting for, it's started. Stab in spots where they'd bleed out, otherwise they can still stab back." I nod quickly and lean over the rail, stabbing someone in the neck, a bright blue paint is ejected onto the spot I 'stabbed' and the person groans and falls dramatically to the ground. Alarmed I look over at the guy, who laughs at my expression and explains, "they're fine, some people get really into this." Blushing slightly I nod, before 'stabbing' another person. Nodding I blush slightly at my naivety, before focusing back on the game and narrowing my eyes at my next target.Almost an hour later I'm sitting on the steps, sweaty and panting, but with a grin on my face because me and the other guy are the only two that survived. When suddenly the door bursts open and Shawn rushes in angrily glaring at me, I gulp and go pale only to realize he's also gone pale, and he's not looking at me anymore. He's looking at the guy beside me, and starting to fidget. I look over to the guy, who's now looking at my, slightly disappointed and says, " you know him." It's more of a statement than a question, but I answer anyway taking a leap of faith by answering honestly, "....yes, he kidnapped me and locked me in his hotel room..." As soon as what I said registers, his gaze snaps back to Shawn with a level of rage I've never seen before, while watching the kidnapper he asks, "how long?" Gulping nervously I answer quietly, "almost two weeks..." His glare intenfies, and he reaches into his pocket and gently hands me a card, "Take this go to the elevator at the end of the hall and scan the card, it'll take you to the presidential suite. Order whatever you want to eat, tell the lady what size you wear and what colors you like she'll bring you some pajamas so you can take a shower." He then reaches into his other pocket and pulls out his phone and calls someone, he says something in another language before snapping it shut, a few seconds later several more men come into the arena area, and grab him, it's only after the guy is drug out that he looks back at me with a deeply remorseful look, "I'm sorry, this shouldn't have happened to you, especially not by one of my men in my hotel." Seemingly shell shocked I nod dumbly and point to the door, my hands shaking, "can I?...." He frowns harder and holds my hands in gentle fists, " Can you what? Leave, yes if you want to you can leave this hotel right now and never look back. However, I'd rather you ate and showered first, and if you would after, then I'd like for you to tell me what happened, so I can handle him accordingly and fix the holes in my security that allowed this to happen without my knowledge." Blinking back tears I nod, and hold the card out for him with a still shaking hand. He gently takes the card from me and clarifies, "are you wanting to leave now, or do you want to eat first?" Shaking my head to clear the fog, I clear my throat and speak softly, "I want a shower, I haven't had one since I've been here...." Nodding he swallows his anger, smiles gently and puts a hand close to my back before freezing, "I'm going to put a hand on your back, I'm not doing anything else, you just look like you're about to faint, Okay?" Nodding silently I relax slightly when I feel him hand resting in the curve of my back. I walk up the stairs and to the special elevator he talked about, before turning to look at him, "a little boy named Nick kept trying to help me get out, can you find him and make sure he's okay?"
