I parked the car outside the restaurant. When Hayen and Katie were out, Hope turned towards me and said, "Never open the door for anyone but me." And turned to leave. But I held her hand and pulled her in lightly. "You look more beautiful when you are jealous kitten."

"I am not jealous and don't call me kitten."

"You are looking like a cute angry kitten. And if you are not jealous then you should have no problem if I open door for her."

"You will do no such thing again. I am your wife and only I have right on it." she tried to be intimidating but looked cuter doing this.

"Your wish, my command dear wife." I spoke. She just huffed and got out of the car.

While eating Hope explained everything to them. By the time Hope completed Hayden side hugged her and said, "I am sorry things happened this way. I am always there for you."

"And you got such a diva as your wife out of this mess, so that's a good thing. Katie said winking at me, but her eyes will fill with unshed tears. Hope got some good friends.

"Thank you, I will take it as a compliment." I said to her chuckling at her behavior to lighten everyone's mood.

"Yes Kat, focus on the wife part as well." Hayden said nudging her.

"If you ever thought of having some fun, call me" Katie said ignoring Hayden.

I looked at Hope, she was clutching the fork in a tight grip. "Katie, I know Haven looks gorgeous and have a heart of gold. I am lucky to have her. She is my wife and will never call you. And if you want me see you again, stop flirting with MY WIFE." I smiled looking at her in return she glared towards me. Her being this possessive made me feel giddy.

Katie and Hayden burst on laughing. "Okay Hope, no need to be this possessive." Katie said still laughing.

"But in all seriousness, Haven what are your intentions with our Hope." Katie asked me with a serious face.

"I intend on being with her as long as she wants and give this relationship my 100%. I know the situation in which we got married was not ideal, but I know for sure I will never regret it. She was not given much chance to voice her opinions or take her own decisions till now, I intend to support her decisions and stand by her for all good and bad. I'll always keep her happy and will never do anything to hurt her. For me her happiness and comfort will always be my first priority." I said looking at Hope. She was smiling from ear to ear with teary eyes. She didn't say anything just clutched my hand in a tight grip with both her hands under the table.

"You have my blessings." Katie said loudly. "I am so grateful for that." I spoke.
"So will you move back, or Hope will go to San Francisco?" Hayden asked.

"We haven't talked about this yet."

"OfCourse I will move."

Hope and I said at the same time. She turned towards me and said," Before you ask me anything, yes, I have thought it through. I want a fresh start and here my father won't let that happen." finished with leave it for now look.

The waiter came with the bill. I held it and Katie said, "we will go dutch as always."

"It's on me" Before she could say anything I added "That's for making up to steal your chance to be her maid of honor." She narrowed her eyes and said, "Only one lunch won't make up for my broken dreams and what about my broken heart that fell for you."

"Kate" Hope said with a warning look. "Okay Hope, no need to get you glare at me like that. I am leaving, I have to prepare for tomorrow's party as well. Let's go Haydes." She turned to me and said, "I'll miss you gorgeous. See you tomorrow."

Hayden turned to me and said, "It was nice to meet you and please don't mind Katie, she is always like this. Will see you at the party."

I chuckled and said, "It was a pleasure meeting you as well."

I asked Hope while walking towards our car, "What party are they talking about?"

"Oh, it's my birthday party." she replied nonchalantly.

"Tomorrow is your birthday and you did not tell me " I asked. She shrugged and said, "Actually with everything going on it kind of slipped my mind."
