Janice saw me and rolled her eyes,
She started walking towards me...
Janice: What brings you here?
"Shouldn't I be asking that?"
Janice: Why do you think I'm here? Ofcourse to cheer for my hyunnie!
"Oh, so now you're appearing everywhere hyunjin is participating?!"
Janice: Yes, any problem with that? I know you're just jealous that I get to dance with him.
"He thinks that's straightaway a curse" I laugh.
Janice: No he doesn't, who said that shit to you?!?!
"Mr. Hwang Hyunjin"
I guess she couldn't take it anymore so she just groaned and stomped away like a wild elephant.
The class was about to start, everyone including me gathered on the practice ground.
The teacher Ms. Choi stepped in,
Ms. Choi: Alright people! Who's the new one here?
I raised my hand...
"That's me"
Ms. Choi: I suppose your name is Bahng Yeona as it says here on the chart...
I nodded.
Ms. Choi pointed out 2 fingers at me,
Ms. Choi: Two weeks, you have 2 weeks to catch up with us, need any help? You can ask me or the students. Hope that's clear...
I nodded again,
"But seriously, 2 weeks?! That's soo less!" I thought.
I realized what kind of cheerleading we are doing, and I regret coming here coz we are breaking legs in here.
It's one of those types of cheerleading where there's a human tower being made and one of the cheerleaders climb and do stunts mid-air. And ofcourse even that position was owned by Janice.
Thank goodness I wasn't in that position though, but that doesn't mean I get the easier ones, apparently there are two circles made between people, and one circle climbs upon the other. Then with the help of the circles the stunt cheerleader climbs them and starts her part. And I belong in the middle circle, so in short I'll be in air too, get me?
It was a long performance. But it's not completely worth the amount of time and hardwork though, it's not like the audience will actually pay attention to you nor will the basketball players.
Everyone will just have their eyes on the match, so we're pretty much jumping around in the air like frogs and doing all sorts of weird tricks with our jiggling pom-poms just to NOT get noticed by the crowd.
But all I'm thinking right now is, two weeks?! No seriously, only two weeks for me to learn this long ass performance?! Although it's only for 5 minutes. But I'm sorry, I'm a slow learner in such things.
And it's not like Janice is the only jumping and performing stunts, the middle circle has to prance around and jump in the air too with different poses. One mistake, and it's all over.
Plus we gotta chant this stupid lyrics to cheer the basketball team.
I swear if hyunjin sees me like this it'll be goddamn embarrassing. He lured me into this!
THIS ALL JUST BOILS MY BLOOD!!!!
After hours of practicing, I finally could go home! They sent us home later than usual.
I finally barged in my hotel room where hyunjin was slurping ramen.
My legs were sore of practicing for hours continuously. It felt so weak that I couldn't even walk without looking drunk. I just overworked myself today. But the worst part is that this is just the freaking 1st day of practice!
I couldn't stand anymore and fell down. After that, everything went black.
