"I know about Experiment Morosis."
The bewildered blonde man made his way over to Nick with something in his hand. He kept his blue eyes focused on the sight in front of us as he handed the item to Nick. Anne chuckled to herself when she realized it was a dollar. Nick snatched it from him with a nod that said he was right all along. Then the blonde man walked where Nick once was with a brown haired woman staring at him suspiciously.
Then Nick walked up to Doctor Banner and shakes his hand. "Doctor, thank you for coming." Nick said. Anne watched the two interact with curious eyes.
The doctor skeptically looked at the man's hands. Then his eyes flickered up to Nicks then back down as he shook his hand. Not even daring to look him in the eye for whatever reason. "Thanks for asking nicely. So how long am I staying?" Banner asked as soon as the introductions were done with.
"Once we get our hands on the tesseract, you are in the wind." Nick said seriously. He turned around towards Anne's direction and waved his hand with a nod. "Doctor Robinson, come over here!" He yelled, capturing her attention right away.
The woman hurriedly made her way up the steps with thoughts racing across her mind. She was about to meet the Bruce Banner. The Bruce Banner. I'll let that sink in for a moment. Not only that, but she was on here, a high, large helicarrier that was floating in the sky, with her old boss.
As soon as Anne walked up to the two seemingly waiting for her, she put her feet together and wrapped her arms around her back. Her brown eyes gazed over to her uncles who had a mischievous glint in his eyes. Nick raised an eyebrow as he looked at Anne up and down and she could just hear what he was thinking about.
"Doctor Banner, this is Doctor Anne Robinson. Annie, this Doctor Bruce Banner." Nick motioned to the two of them as he introduced the pair. He watched Anne's face the whole time and wanted to laugh so hard. She looked like she was about to have an aneurysm.
Meanwhile, Anne was trying to suppress her smile from this. She was meeting her childhood hero like it was no big deal. When Nick was done talking, Anne reached out her hand towards the doctor. "Hello." Anne muttered timidly. "It's very nice to meet you."
"It's nice to meet you as well." The doctor spoke back. When Anne was shaking his for to long, Bruce awkwardly pulled back from her hold as he chuckled and wiped his hand on his grey blazer. Anne felt horrible but couldn't help but be awestruck by the whole thing. She felt like she was a little nine year old again, holding science books that talked about all the accomplishments of Bruce Banner.
