ANNE BLINKED. SHE WAS VERY SUPRI-
sed. Even if it didn't affect her at all. Yet, it could help her. While everyone is baffled by the Norse god, she will sneakily take the tesseract and bring to a helicopter. No would suspect her. She was tasked to find the tesseract. Wait. He might not have it.

"Loki?" Anne asked. She turned around as if she was going to find somewhere in the room. "They found him that quickly?" She went on. She nervously fiddled with her fingers as she intently watched the doctor walk around the room.

Doctor Banner had a pencil in his hand and he clicked onto his fingers, staring at it nervously. "Ye-yeah. I guess so." He muttered. His eyes glanced back to the floating screen in front of him. From behind it, from Anne's perspective, you could see words rapidly written on it.

Anne slowly walked over to her. She was hesitant on what she was about to say next, hoping it wouldn't show her true intentions: Borrowing the tesseract. "So, does that mean he has the tesseract?" She asked. As she was walking over to him, she caught a quick glance at the screen that said something about Loki's arrival and the people that brought him. Her eyes popped at the words Captain America.

She suddenly realized that the helpless, clueless, blonde man wandering around and listening to the doctor's conversations earlier was The Captain America. The man hanging out with Agent Romanoff and Agent Coulson, Phil, was Captain America. Anne was kicking herself in the butt for missing this. She could have at least said hi to him.

Doctor Banner read the words on the screen for a couple seconds. Anne stood there patiently as she rocked back and forth on her heels. "Um- no." As the doctor said this, Anne's face dropped. Maybe the doc saw this because he started to talk even more rapidly after that. "But! He does have his scepter? I am reading that right, right? Yeah. Scepter. And it has a fragment of the tesseract." He said.

At first, she was a little angry. But, maybe the little piece of the tesseract will be good enough. "Then we can go home?" Anne asked. Her eyebrows lifted at just the thought. A cup coffee. Sipping on it while sitting in the couch. Watching The Lost City of Atlantis. That was a perfect day to her.

"Yeah. Home." Doctor Banner trialed off. It had seemed that he wanted to say something else. Like something was lingering on his mind. Like he was holding something back. He turned away and started to do other things that Anne could not figure out since she was behind him.
