-Safine POV-

I'm not worried.
I remind myself so I don't screech my head off while waiting for literally anyone to show up. It isn't abnormal for me to feel anxious when my twins leave the ranch. Having all three of my men gone at once is more than my nerves can take.

Despite knowing for the most part where my men are there are too many unexplained variables. I won't be able to breathe comfortably until they're all back on pack land. I have already commandeered the largest of the healing yerts and prepared all my tools. But again there are so many unknown variables.
Possible crush or impact injuries on two stunted wolves. Pup sized wolves apparently. I have no idea if they are able to heal themselves. It's been so long since I have dealt with those type of injuries..too long. I remind myself of the most important steps. Check the eyes first, head next, then work my way down. Neck, spine, back. Check for breaks, bruises or contusions.

No! I missed the abdomen. Check to see if there is distention of the stomach or cracked ribs. I'm forgetting something. What is it? Eyes, head, neck, chest, abdomen-

My flurried throughts stop dead at the sound of howling.

"Thank the Goddess." I say breathless as I stumble forward toward the curtains.

Layani suddenly has me. Her strong arm wraps around my waist. I stumbled over the hem of my skirt and nearly toppled head first out of the tent.

"Are you ok, Luna?" She asks as she lifts me clean off my feet, before righting me and setting me down very carefully.

I frown. I should be embarrassed but I'm more irritated. Micah has tasked this girthy treelike woman to follow me around just because I've been a tad bit clumsy lately. Fine a lot clumsy. I attribute it to nerves I feel so anxious lately and I don't know why. My sleep disrupted and I've suffered a few panic attacks at night. Guzzling coffee to stay awake during the day has me peeing every hour on the hour, and I'm jittery as hell.

"I'm fine Layani. As I told you before you can assist me but there is no reason for my feet to be dangling off the ground."

"I'm sorry. It's hard to control my strength and be quick at the same time."

I place my hands on my hips and run my gaze up her very long and wide frame. "I do not believe you as it has been a great attribute given to  she-wolves by the moon goddess personally our intuition and affinity for multi tasking. Refine these traits like you grow your legs and arms." I snap before walking around her in a huff.

I mean it isn't dignified, a woman my age being swept off her feet by another she wolf. My pride won't allow it. But if I'm being completely honest I almost tripped over my skirt again as I took the measly two wooden steps out of the yert. My pride caught me the very last second taking hold of the long strong curtains. I try to play it off but my fumble is obvious and I can feel plenty of eyes on me.

Damn nosy Nelly's.
Can't I get  even a single moment unwitnessed?! Someone will be sure to tell my sons so they can treat me like more of an invalid!

A flash of very bright headlights nearly blind me as I approach and I place my hand up to protect my sensitive eyes. The driver turns the bright lights off exposing Micah's ridiculously large truck.

Micah hasn't even killed the engine and Blaze is already jumping out of the truck. He leaves the passenger side door ajar as he closes the distance between us in like four big steps.
Honestly, I wonder quite often how I passed those behemoth size heads and bodies through my cervix. Its simple really...I prolapsed my entire vagina.
Inside and out...well out..all out. So really inside to out. Thank the goddess for werewolf healing. Without it I might still be dragging my vagina and the inies(things meant to be inner) around on the ground behind me.
