"Which girl is it?" I said to Maxon as we approached Thea and her friends. He walked up to one. of them and tapped them on the shoulder gesturing to talk to me. I saw her blushing as she walked towards me.
"H-hi, are you America?" the small blonde girl said.
"Yes and you are?" I asked fiercely. She took a step back from my harsh words.
"A-Amber."
"Amber, why were you kissing my boyfriend?" I asked abruptly.
"Your b-boyfriend? I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to-"
"Just answer the damn question," I said annoyed.
"It was a stupid dare, that's all. I'm so sorry," she said and she started crying. I was stunned. She was that sensitive?
"Hey hey, Amber it's okay. It's just I thought my boyfriend was cheating on me," I explained softly.
"No no, he didn't even know me. I just kissed him suddenly when we were talking and he backed away immediately. I explained it was for a dare and then he ran off after you. So no he wasn't cheating on you, and I'm really sorry," she explained.
"It's okay I forgive you," I said looking at her. She looked at me and I gave her a solemn nod. She nodded too. Maxon walked up towards me and I gave him a small mean smirk. He put his arm around me and whispered,"Told you so, sweetheart."(( Short chapter!! >.< ))
