Part 24 (Smuttt)

The boys sat in the studio, rubbing their eyes, yawning. As much as they loved filming videos, there was a bittersweet dread when Beta week came. Beta week was when they filmed all their Beta Squad uploads for the month. Aj managed to remember his meds today, and was feeling a lot better. The night before, Sharky planned out a whole sleepover for them knowing Aj loved it when they did that. He thought it'd be nice change from the earlier chaos. It had been a while since they last did their sleep overs, last time being without Niko, before Aj's situation. Aj was happy. Sharky had opened the two sofas and pushed them together, laying blankets and pillows. He'd even got Ice Cream and Sensations, with some other snacks. Aj remembers curling against Sharky's side as they all spoke. He could feel eyes burning into him and Sharky, but he didn't care. Him and Sharky were always this close and cuddly; even with the other boys, as much as he hated touch, when we craved it, he needed it. Niko would just have to suck it up. Aj thought it was kinds fun to piss Niko off in a harmless way, like these were his friends, and he was used to Aj being affectionate with them, so the jealousy was unjustified, and just a bit bantery.

...

They wrap up the shoot and get ready to leave, Niko speaking to one of the producers about something. As he walks away, one of the girls from the video walks up to him. She's twirling her hair, and batting her eyelashes. Aj cannot actually hear what's going on, but can see exactly what's happening from where he's standing leaning against Sharky, with Chunkz and Kenny.

"That was like so mean how you, like voted me out, so quicklay. Like, it's almost like you're like targeting me." She squeaks to Niko, giggling as she talks. Although Aj cannot hear the exact words being said, he can sound out the annoying screech of her voice. 

Niko awkwardly laughs, "Yeah, uhm. Sorry about that, but either way we ended up being right so,"

"Aww someone's nervous. The only thing not right here is the fact you haven't like asked me out yet," Oh. The girl had clearly got the wrong hint. Niko didn't want to be rude, but he didn't like this one bit. She places her arms on his chest, hand trailing to his bicep, lightly squeezing. And Niko hasn't pushed her away.

Aj could feel his anger raising through the roof. He was about to charge at the two, when he felt hands on his waist dragging him back. He turns to see Kenny, holding him back.

"Let go of me." He says, feet running through the air, "I'ma smoke his jaw and her jaw."

"Uhm, can you please not touch me. I'm seeing someone right now and I genuinely care about them," He says stepping away.

"Yeah, but we can have fun," She trails a finger down his chest, "She doesn't have to know."

"No thank you. Now please get off me." He's smiling at her, in attempts to show her he isn't trying to be rude, before stepping away completely, and turning to walk towards the other boys to tell them what happened. What he didn't expect to see was all of them already looking at him, and the pure heartbreak and anger in Aj's eyes.

"No, No Aje, it's not what you think," He reaches his arm out trying to get to him, but its too late, Aj has already run out the studio, with Sharky directly on his tail. Chunkz walks up to him, nearly spitting in his face, "You have some explaining to do. You just managed to fix shit and you're already moving like this," before following after Sharky and Aj.

Niko is left face to face with Kenny. Kenny his brother, he has to believe him "No. No. Its not like that. I told her to stop. I really did. She just wouldn't. You have to believe me. Please Ken."
