Nagising siya bigla ng may marinig na kung anong ingay na nagmumula sa labas ng kanyang kwarto, as if someone unlocking her bedroom door. Masyado pang madilim upang makita niya kung sino ang nagpupumilit buksan ang kanyang pintuan, ramdam na ramdam niya rin kung gaano kalakas ang pintig ng kanyang puso.
And then her body suddenly jolt out of the bed when she heard her door click, indicating that someone successfully unlock it. She gasp when she felt some cold metal touch her cheek.
She can't fight back, she know she can't do combat right now specially she's pregnant and she can't risk being hurt. She hug her stomach protecting it from the stranger infront of her.

"Why are you doing this!" Tanong ni Sheina.
"It's for our family! And as a father I can't no longer make someone live after those family member who betray us, even you." From the way he's saying those words her father looking at her like she doesn't even his daughter anymore.
"Why?!" She exclaimed but he slap her cheek causing her lower lip to bleed.
"You know why, Sheina! In the very first place I did NOT allow you to go in military service let alone being a Lieutenant and my deal to Aragon's family are over after that bastard run away infront of us, inside of the holy church! And now what? your all alone in your own house unaware of someone might enter and kill you? You foolish girl, you don't even know your being followed by my men, ready to kill you." Halos hindi na niya makilala ang kanyang ama sa mga sinasabi nito sa kanya. She hug herself shielding her unborn child from the cold.
"Why they--no! Why you want me dead?" She's shivering from the cold but doesn't mind it because she wanted answer from her father.
"You betray us, you betray me, the Mafia Emperor is already on our tail chasing us because of what you did!" Galit na sigaw nito sa kanya, mariin siyang napapikit ng samut saring mura sa kanilang lenguwahe ang natanggap niya mula rito.

But she can't do anything that could harm her body specially her baby, trying to cover it using her arms, it's not really visible yet but she feard if her father knows malaking problema ang mangyayari sa kanya ngayon.
"I did not do anything," She defend herself pero huli na ng hawakan siya ng ama sa majabilang balikat at itulak siya papuntang kanto ng napakataas na building.
"It's a hundred foot drop! You'll never survive and it's a lot furtherg4than it looks." Walang emosyong mga matang tumawa ito ng malakas ngunit she just too quick to grab his dad by the arm and push him away from her and grab his gun, itinutok ni Shiena ang baril dito ngunit tinawanan lang siya nito't sabay sabing.
"You're no longer my daughter, my daughter's dead, Oh! look your about to die." He smile creepily, kinalabut niya ang gatilyo ngunit wala palang bala ang baril, napamura si Sheina ng tumakbo ang ama niya patungo sa kanya.
Her father push her out of the building causing her to fall over, in a height that will kill her and smash her body in to pieces, she can't accept her life would end like this specially her baby, she's pregnant with Kristof baby. She rub and hug her babybump.
Her hands, trembling yet tender, cradle her baby bump, a futile shield against the inevitable. In this moment, her maternal instinct to protect her child from the cruelties of the world is as palpable as the bitter realization that she won't be there to see her baby's first smile, hear their first word, or dry their first tear.
"I'm sorry," She whispered and hardly wanting to be awake but her eyelids can't no longer hold up but then she saw how beautiful the snow is, she's roughly going down and the wind gushed to her back pulling her down fast.
The snow keep falling from the sky like a tender feather but unlike her she's in cruel state. Iniisip nalamang niya kung mabubuhay pa siya pagkatapos nito.
"I love you," she manages, a silent vow to the child she will never meet. Her eyelids, heavy as stones, begin to close, surrendering to the darkness that promises to end her pain but also steal her away from the world she loves, from Kristof, and from the future that should have been theirs.
"Kristof..." Bulong niya sa hangin.
As consciousness slips away, her last thought is a prayer that her child knows they were loved, deeply and unconditionally, even in their final moments together.
