Meriya didn't reply or say anything, her eyes clouded with confusion and panic. After a few moments of silence, Elara reached out to touch her hand, hoping to provide some comfort. But before she could make contact, Meriya pushed her away with a startled expression, her voice trembling with uncertainty.

"Who are you? Where am I?" Meriya's voice was laced with desperation as she searched Elara's eyes for answers.

Elara, shocked and hurt by the sudden rejection, stumbed backward before regaining her composure. "My lady, what are you talking about? Are you okay?" Her voice wavered with concern as she tried to make sense of Meriya's distress. "My lady, who is your lady... where the hell am I?" Meriya demanded, her tone growing more frantic with each passing moment.

As the doctor arrived, he assessed the situation quickly, noting the disarray of the room and Meriya's agitated state
