Who Was She?

"Ok I've waited all shift you have to tell me who that woman was" Robert said standing beside Nathan's desk while he packed his briefcase. Nathan rolled his eyes at least Robert had the courtesy to wait to the end of there work day before bombarding him with questions. He must have noticed how quickly Nathan started working when he got back from his break after all he had 4 assignments he had to get done before he could start the big one for BMD labs. It's not like he could give Robert any details anyways he didn't know anything about her other then her name "There's nothing to tell really..." that was true he was just helping a stranger out. Robert didn't look very convinced "So you where with her instead of Ivy? Why didn't you just let me know man I could have texted Ivy and told her you wouldn't come. She must be so pissed at me over that dude" Robert punched him in the shoulder making him wince. He had to admit that  was kinda a dick move but he didn't really have time to process the situation. He literally hit someone with his car and she's walking around just fine ready to leave it was very weird "I'm sorry ok" he said slamming the briefcase closed clasping it shut. They make they're way to the elevator he hits the button for the bottom floor "What's her name? How long is she gonna be staying with you?" they step into the elevator facing forward as the doors slide closed. Nathan couldn't help but wonder why he was acting so interested in her it didn't sit right with him "Trixe and I don't know I guess she'll leave when she's ready. Why are you acting so interested anyways?" he raised a brow looking at him as the doors slide open and they walk out. Robert smiles as the walk through the lobby towards the front door "I mean she's pretty attractive she's got this energy about her yah know?" he shrugs yes Trixe was very good looking but he definitely didn't want Robert hitting on her. The reach the parking lot he turns towards Robert "She told me she's married, actually" Robert pouts before opening his car doors Nathan  does the same. He grins looked over the top of Roberts car "It's always the hot ones that are already married am I right?" Robert laughs while nodding "Your right about that, see you later we'll meet up at the club on 3rd street" Robert got in his car pulling out and heading down the road. Nathan begins driving home he didn't know what compelled him to lie about Trixe maybe is the fact he knew Robert was a fuck boy and didn't want to see her hurt more. But Robert was right there was something electric about her he shook his head pushing away the thought.
